I paid for an expensive antenna cable …
I paid for an expensive antenna cable because it was certified for Yousee. The cable was not working, where my old "cheap" one was doing it. No answer about solution or return from customer service yet. Very unsatisfied!!

after 3 weeks i still got no notification
after 3 weeks i still got no notification
after asking the helpdesk, i got a note that it was deliverd.
they did not gave some id/number to get the package from the packing station.
very very poor service.
/update
the id i got inside the helpdesk note was not known by bilka personal.
after a second try at bilka they were able to find the package
3 stars for no delivering notification.

The tracking comes on your email and phone, the last is delivered from Post Nord. Could it be the phone number was incorrect on the order?
