it's my first experience on this website product was great size and quality was same as it described

I placed an order for a $300 product that was never fulfilled. They falsely claimed to have the product in stock on their website, took my money and never delivered. They respond to email inquiries claiming the product is on backorder and then refuse to give a refund when it is requested. I have not received the goods after 3 months and have lost $300. I believe I have been scammed.

I bought a baby cot from Elan. When it was assembled, It was slightly damaged from sides and spoke to customer support of Elan They asked for photos. hey offered me a replacement or refund. The process only took a day for Elan to help me.

I just want to share,have received has been beyond amazing customer support from them. Service and communication by Elan was quick and easy.My order delivered with in given time frame and they updated me timely. Love shopping with you

Buyer beware.
Advertises items not in stock with free shipping then tries to upset you with a more expensive item and adds shipping on top.
Absolute criminal.

On reading other reviews for this company, I am afraid I found much in common! Having perused the internet for comforters, I discovered the Elanlinen site and was pleasantly surprised with the range and quality of items they had listed. Reading further, I found that most of the articles I was interested in were out of stock. With the help of their online consultant I finally found one I liked that was supposed to be in stock and I ordered it with the promise of 2-5 business days delivery. When I head nothing in 4 days (no tracking info they promised), I again contacted them on line and was advised it was not in stock but they had ordered it from their supplier. Later they told me it would be delivered directly form the supplier. About 10 days after ordering I finally received the goods.
I took a chance and ordered one of their cheaper lines because was the only one I found in stock that I liked and am pleasantly surprised by the quality and would chose this brand again if I was purchasing.
However, whether I would use Elanlinen again with their supply and delivery issues is another matter.
The consultants I was in contact with were both very helpful but you got the feeling their hands were tied by their system

Believe the poor delivery service reviews on this site. Products out of stock but took over 5 days to even let me know and only after I followed up with them. I’ll be saving my time and shopping elsewhere

I ordered a blanket as a gift. After 10 days I had not received the product or any shipping notification. I emailed them and received a quick response offering an apology and a refund. I requested the refund as I'd had to buy an alternative gift and was advised I could receive it within 2-5 working days. It's been 9 work days and still no product or refund. I'm not holding my breath that I'll receive anything. Shop elsewhere.

Was so glad to find a quilt cover I had been looking for and the price seemed to good to be true!
It was......ordered the item and it stated it was "IN STOCK" so expected it to ship within a couple of days.
After 8 days of hearing nothing I contacted them and was told the manager was in a "meeting" and would email me...Nothing...
Contacted again and was told "sorry but the delivery is late".
If its in stock how can that be?
Got told it would post Tuesday, then Wednesday then of course it didn't.
Sent a couple of messages demanding a refund, which is the only good thing that happened.
I got the refund quickly but the stuff around from this company was unbelievable.
I could have purchased this quilt cover at a more expensive price from a trusted company but went with this one, that was a mistake and the other company sold out, so missed out!
Would never attempt to purchase from here again

Purchased an item on Sunday afternoon, and it was delivered by 10:30am Wednesday morning. Despite being very well packed the item was damaged (from the box) Contacted support who were excellent in arranging for a replacement which arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Communication was quick and support team took immediate action. They are putting in serious efforts to build their reputation.

Very happy first time customer. I purchased a quilt cover online which was delivered within a week. Excellent customer service since I had to return my purchase as I preferred a more crisp feel. I was kept informed through the whole process. I got a credit note and I will definitely buy from them again and will tell my friends and family to as well.

Poor communication from staff and change of price multiple times and also once the bedding had been dispatched. I was told that I would be contacted to resolve the poor service and multiple mix up with shipping prices but no contact made on their part.
Expect to pay more than they quote and have to chase your item!

I've heard some not so great reviews when people have purchased products from Elan which made me a bit worried when purchasing an item But I gotta say you guys really delivered today, my product arrived on time and the quality of the fabric and stitching is perfect. Good work, I will shop with you guys again.

I purchased a quilt cover set and double bed sheet set from Elanlinen, my purchase was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days. After several weeks of waiting, I tried phoning but it always went to voicemail so I started emailing which they always politely answered with a promise that my purchase was on its way the tracking number didn't exist that they gave me so once again I emailed. Finally after a lot of emails and threats for a refund the Quilt set arrived but not the sheet set so once again emailing to see when my sheets were arriving I received 1 fitted sheet. So again I asked about my order, they said they would give me $5 for my inconvenience. I emailed saying $5 doesn't cover the cost of a flat sheet and 2 pillowcases and I wasn't returning the fitted sheet until they covered the cost of return mail and I had received my complete order. Their reply to this was complete silence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY now trading as FABLINEN

I had no problems with this company. Purchased a stroller and needed it within a week and I received the parcel in good shape. Will be using them again.

I received my 500 TC Sheets delivery within 3 working days. It was an affordable price. Well presented and packaged. Very impressed with the quality of their products. I would definitely buy from them again.

stay away from elan linen and rushk which they also operate.

I don't usually submit reviews like this, but after being VERY reluctant to use this website after reading bad reviews calling it a scam, I have to say that my experience has exceptional. Their live chat support girl "Diana" talked me through the purchase, confirmed the product (Heritage brand All season Wool Quilt in King size) was indeed in stock, so I went ahead and ordered. This was Monday night. Today (Wed) at 11am it was delivered to my door, and I should add, I live in Sydney.
Add to this the fact that their price point was less than half what the same quilt retails for at DJs, colour me impressed!
Thanks ElanLinen, I'd happily be a repeat customer.

Price promise is a lie. They don't better a price by 3%, only match it. They don't accept discount codes on price matched items, even though it is not written anywhere on the site. Discount codes are accepted at checkout, but after you pay, they ask for more money or cancel your order.
