Does not pre-pay MVA when sending to norway
Expect a rather large fee from UPS because elanus parts does not correcly apply MVA when sending to Norway.
Would suggest trying to find alternative vendors for small orders.
Otherwise the experience was stellar

Unfortunately, we were not aware of this issue, as we did not receive any direct communication from you. We also attempted to get in touch to better understand the situation, but did not receive a response.
We would also like to clarify that for orders shipped outside the EU, our webshop automatically removes the 21% VAT from the product price. This means customers pay a lower initial price. However, import duties and VAT (such as MVA in Norway) are applied by the destination country upon arrival. UPS acts as the carrier and simply calculates and collects these taxes and fees on behalf of local authorities.
We always aim to ensure transparency and would really appreciate the opportunity to review this case and clarify what may have happened. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you further.

After searching almost endlessly, in the UK and Europe, for the right axle to fix an e-bike with a US set up, I eventually found the correct longer size available through Elanus Parts. Purchase was easy and it was shipped quickly with various options available. I paid a little more for slightly expedited delivery as I needed it to fix a client’s bike in the UK. The axle was well packaged and despite a day’s delay at customs, was with me within a week. Perfect fit for what I needed.
Can’t be happier with the service and speed of delivery and at a very reasonable price.
