This is a scam

This is a scam
I ordered once to try it and they keep shipping and billing my credit card every month and it’s impossible to cancel it. I keep going to subscriptions to cancel, and it says server not found.
They should be charged. This is illegal

Money-Back Guarantee Not Honored — Forced to Dispute Charge After Poor Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Elare and their so-called “30-day money-back guarantee.”

Shortly after starting the product, I experienced significant stomach pain that worsened over several days. I stopped taking it and promptly requested a refund, even offering to return the unopened packages.

Instead of honoring their policy, customer support repeatedly ignored my actual issue and gave irrelevant advice (like taking it at night to reduce garlic odor—which was not my concern at all). After multiple follow-ups clearly stating that the product caused stomach pain, they still refused to process a full refund.

What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth where they offered partial refunds (20%, then 40%) in exchange for keeping a product that made me feel unwell. Even after I explicitly cited their refund policy and requested a full refund multiple times, they escalated it to “management review” and then simply repeated the same partial refund offer again.

This is not a money-back guarantee—it’s a stalling tactic.

I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because Elare would not honor their own policy. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating, dismissive, and felt intentionally obstructive.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand by their guarantee.

I was reading about them on instagram

I was reading about them on instagram. Not thinking much about them.
All of a sudden I had a subscription and I noticed for the last three months. They have been taking money out of my account. What a scam, I am actually allergic to garlic so I would never ever buy this product or subscribe to it.

lol!

lol! My co-worker asked me if I wanted to try his Elare Aged Garlic, and I said sure as I've been seeing ads for it all over the internet. He told me that he must have had some kind of reaction with some other supplement he was using because after two days (two pills) his wife made him go to a hotel for the night because he stank so bad. He had to stay for two nights. Anyways he gave me 3 months worth! Wow! So I got off of work at 11 pm and I took one pill. Fifteen minutes later I burped up this wretched garlic smell. Thirty minutes later I am home and my mouth is garlic flavored. Strange. Its my weekend so I grab a couple of beers and the beer tastes of garlic. By the second beer the garlic flavor is overwhelming and with each sip I hope it will wash the favor away but it just really makes it stronger. I decide that I will just go to bed and sleep this away, tossing and turning in turmoil all night. Heartburn and indigestion bad. In the morning I wake up and I am quite aware something isn't quite right. I use the potty and when I go back into my bedroom and make my bed I can smell garlic on my pillow. I decided to wash my bedding. After a cup of garlic coffee I work up a BM. I'm not a poo poo smell fan but this was next level! Garlic sinker. Buh bye! Flushed it quick as I could. I became nauseated to the point of dry-heaving.
Eighteen hours after taking one Elare Aged Garlic pill, I have to take my elderly mother to the grocery store. She asked me if I just ate a bunch of garlic. At the store I bumped into a friend and talk with him for a while, he asked me if that garlic smell is me.
I do not take another pill, we done. I asked the co-worker that gave them to me if he wants them back. He tells me to throw them out. Later he calls me back and asks me to get them out of the garbage because maybe he can prank people with them!
So I ended up emailing Elare customer service and they totally blew me off and said something like, "our intention is for it to be odor-free".
Its not!
Buy this is you want to smell really, really bad, want everything you drink and eat to taste like rotten garlic, want heartburn and the gnarliest burps ever!
Don't forget garlic BM's!

Do not waste your hard earned money on this.

Elare Aged Garlic is NOT odorless

Elare Aged Garlic is NOT odorless. My hairdresser today asked me if I had recently eaten garlic which I had not, however, I do take their suppossed odorless garlic daily. I was also hoping that they would afford some protection against flea bites but unfortunately they haven't done that either.I cannot speak to their other benefit claims at this time. The specific reasons I purchased this product was because it was advertised as odorless & to deter getting bitten by fleas.

Vampire repellant

These are not odourless as advertised. After about 20 minutes I felt a popping sensation and a strong taste of garlic. No one would come within 100 feet of me and every room I left had to be fumigated.
Elare suggested I cleaned my teeth and to use a mouth wash.
Needless to say after many emails and even more of their ridiculous ideas I obtained a refund.

ELARE IS A FRAUD!

I have a subscription plan with Elare who has charged my credit card $79 per month for the last 4 months and I only received 1 shipment, of which the product did not at all live up to their claims of odorless? After just 1 soft gel serving I found it to be totally disgusting! I have found that there is no way to get a response from them regarding canceling my subscription, I belive that they are a fraud and I will have to cancel the credit card that the are billing.
WARNING, do not purchase the ELARE products!
They have robbed me of $320!

The whole house smelled.

I bought this for my husband, after only 2 days of taking it the whole house reeked of garlic. It smelled like it was coming out of his pores, he stopped using it because he was embarrassed by the smell emanating from him.

Hooray for me😻😻😻😻 after two weeks of…

Hooray for me😻😻😻😻 after two weeks of back and forth I was able to get a full refund of $34.98 on a second order I did not authorize I threatened to file complaints with several federal consumer agencies. Elare offered a 30% refund and acted like I should be greatful at there generosity I refused. Since my valid mater card is issued by the US Treasury with my Social Security benefits I felt I had a better chance of succeeding. I never authorized future orders on a product I hadn't received or tried yet. Of course they insisted I had checked the box when I asked where was the product produced I got no answer. I doubt very much that the product is produced here then shipped to distribution centers all over the world only to be sent back to the United States to be delivered to customers. Sure didn't know Amish folks lived in China😁😁😁😁😁 persistent pressure got ALL my money back .From now on I will check Google and Trust Pilot before I decide to buy a product. I am 78 and disabled had no problem even appealing to the US Treasury Dept. To help me get all my money back .keep fighting for your refund in full. Living on a fixed income I need every penny to handle my expenses .in the future if I order an item I will take screen shots of subscription approvals. My card was immediately blocked and refund will come to my new card .

After much back and forth

After much back and forth, literally about 15 emails about the odourless garlic NOT being odourless and making my husband reek. I actually made him stop taking the product. It was making him and our whole house smell. After threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and telling VISA that they were scam artists. They finally gave me my money back without wanting the product returned.

Perfect for vampire problems or if you hate kissing.

These are NOT odorless. I was looking forward to the supplement but I took 1 capsule and it felt like I’d eaten an acid bomb. My stomach burned all day, I hiccuped intense garlic flavor all day and 3 days after just 1 capsule and my wife still doesn’t want to be around me because of the garlic breath.
It might be good for you but it is certainly NOT odorless.
Also be careful when you order not to accidentally sign up for the reoccurring orders unless you really like having dragon breath.

I have tried this product and it makes…

I have tried this product and it makes me extremely ill. Burping garlic is unpleasant, but the vomiting is too much. They keep sending me a new packaage every month and of course charging me. I have been unable to find a way that I can cancel and return the unopened packages.
