Fantastic Service. Ordered tires for a BMW 750i 2000, was impossible to find 235/60/16 anywhere, only available options were some Chinese tires from local vendors. Found ElastikaLeader.gr, ordered 4 x Michelin Primacy 3 235/60/16 and put them on the car. DOT code is recent, tires new, straight round and balanced perfectly. Nobody else could find Michelin Primacy 3 for me in this size. Thank you Leader!

Good price for the tires I bought
Good price for the tires I bought. The only thing is that they were built on the 23rd week of 2020 and I bought them end of December 2021. I would have prefered a newer tire then an 18 month old set of tires.

On the website it is not clear where items will be shipped from.
For the items i ordered the difference for delivery in Germany and Greece was 80€! Just for 2 tyres shipping!

Perfect variety, good prices. Customer service could be a bit better. There doesn't seem to be a good feedback from the transportation partners to the customer service team.

they send the item in deferent address (other town ) so i pay 12$more to ship in my address... (if the guy didnt tell me he have my item i will never have it..

Timely delivery, could not inspect the product
Timely delivery, rims not in perfect condition. In one rim there were paint scratches -luckily just in the inner lip which is hidden- and a small notch in the rim well. What bothered me most was the fact that despite the advice given by the company to inspect the product at the time of delivery (otherwise there is no compensation) there was absolutely no such possibility given to me by the delivery company (ACS Greece) while there were telltale marks on the boxes of serious mishandling during transport (one carton box was pierced at various points with marks of having received extreme weight on it). Thus I had to take the risk and all responsibility for possible damage, faults or mistakes - otherwise I was only given the option to deny delivery and ask them to be sent back. I would have done so but I needed desperately to fit new wheels on my car due to scheduled travel.
