THE DATE OF THE TYRES WAS FROM APRIL 2024. SHALL NOT RECOMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE AND I SHALL INFORM KLARNA TOO. HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT.

We are sorry to read about your disappointment.
A tyre with a DOT from April 2024 is generally not specifically indicated on the site when it is under 36 months old. When stored correctly, a tyre keeps its qualities for several years.
If you believe the tyres received do not match what was advertised, please open a ticket with our after-sales service via your customer account so that an agent can review your case carefully and provide the most appropriate solution. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve our service.

Thank you for your feedback—this is very helpful.
Regarding DOT: we indicate it on our site when a tyre is older than 36 months. If you believe the information shown at the time of purchase was unclear or missing, our after-sales team can check the order details and advise on the appropriate solution.
For packaging and delivery quality, we’re sorry if the tyres arrived in less-than-ideal condition. If you can share your order number and photos (DOT + packaging), please open a ticket via your customer area so our team can investigate and follow up with the carrier if needed.

Rim missing
I ordered 4 rims 3 of them arrived at a good condition but 1 of them was missing.I contact the support and they did a claim with Dpd for the missing rim they said they cant send me a new one and they need to wait so i can get my refund for the missing rim.2 months have passed and they keep delaying saying there isn't an update on the matter and probably not gonna get a refund
In my opinion dont order from them they are just gonna get you your money. And they deleted my negative review in their website

I had a car not circulating because of two destroyed rims. Although there is a strike of the farmers going on in Greece that have blocked the main roads the order arrived on time with excellent packing and in perfect condition.
