Great exprience with a caveat.
Fast processing, secure packing, and quick shipping. The only downside is the shipping rates are quite high, which means I can only order from your site for an awesome deal, clearance pricing, etc.

One bottle of the order was damaged and the contents spilled out. I emailed and sent pictures three times asking for a resolution, with no response. I started a complaint with AMEX today.

I have been a very good customer of El Cerrito. We were traveling for 10 days and no one was able to sign for the delivery. I am very disappointed to have to pay another $70 in shipping charges for almost $1200 of liquor. This may be my last order.
