good installation and communication.

In de Eldabutik in Växjö we were helped quick and got good information about the heater / kamin. They also helped with reporting a new installation till the Kommun, and the controll after everything was ready. The workers who installed the new chimney tube, and the braskamin were friendly and did a good job. We are happy with the new kamin in our living room.

Very nice and professional staff at Eldabutiken in Stenungsund.

Very nice staff at Eldabutiken in Stenungsund. Extremely professional and helpful, explaining all details, help with the application at the municipality and even more. The installation was done with excellent care not to damage anything and they left the workplace when finishing even more clean than when they started.
We are extremely satrisfied.

Eldabutiken i Umeå

Waste of time. We drove 2 hours to the shop in Umeå to explain what we need personally and asked for an offer. Never got one. Reminder did not help. And the guy clearly remembered us visiting him.

Good customer service.

It was easy to schedule, they came to our house to assess and give us a quote, and then worked with us on payments.
