Eldnar were really quick in responding to my initial query and provided a very clear idea of how they could help with my planning application. I can highly recommend Eleni. Very fast and efficient. I needed planning permission to build a garden room in a conservation area where Permitted Development Rights have been removed. Pre-planning advice from the local planning office said they would noy support my application. Eleni wrote up my application in the context of why the PDR had been removed. My application was approved without amendment.

Our solicitor recommended we should contact Eleni around two years ago in connection with a planning issue. Since then she has assisted us on a number of occasions and as well as being quick to respond and highly professional, she is very knowledgeable.

I take my own land though planning and am no stranger to unconditional acquisitions of sites with unusual constraints or technical challenges. However, I strongly believe the best place to start when deciding to acquire is to employ a planning consultant at the pre contract stage.

I recently asked Eleni to undertake a feasibility study on a site I was considering buying that, ostensibly, I thought had great potential. A few hours of her time, however, turned up planning issues that I would never have anticipated and resulted in her recommendation to avoid the site in favour of alternative opportunities.

I choose to work with Eleni because her unique skills and triple accreditation: MRPTI/FRICS/FAAV... (*and* RICS Registered Valuer... *and* Planning Inspector) gives me the confidence that her advice is bulletproof.

She's far too modest to admit it, but she regularly saves me (and doubtless many others) from horrendous mistakes, and in my personal opinion doesn't charge enough for what she does by half.

If you are looking at acquiring a site for development, I cannot recommend her feasibility assessment service highly enough. 11/10.
