Have bought a few times from here, never had any issues, but was greeted with a notification of a fraudulent chargeback on 16/07 for an order placed way back on 18/03, this resulted in a negative balance on my account that I needed to rectify quickly to avoid suspension. Whilst I was able to report the offending vendor through Eldorado's chatbot, I've been unable to open any sort of dispute over this fraudulent order, apparently due to the fact that the transaction was marked as "completed" and therefore I am no longer protected. This is a blatant loophole in their protection policy, as I obviously marked the transaction as "complete" the day I received it, under the good faith expectation that the received order wouldn't be withdrawn through a bank chargeback 4 months later. If Eldorado does not refund me within 48 hours, I will be performing a bank chargeback of my own.

Scam - dont use this site
Scam, scam and more scam.
I was purchasing disney plus 12 month.
And the seller closed the subscription after 1-2 months, now is not working and the chat support is by far the worst support of any site i been buying on.
There not there to help, they are there to mislead and help the seller scam you.
I can do nothing about the 12 months subscription because i cant raise a dispute and the chat support wont do anything, so i payed alot for 1-2 months of Disney Plus, and in the 1-2 months there been issues took over 2 week to get the right password and name.
And then the seller gave me the wrong "code" to login to an user as well.
I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone, buy anywhere else but from this site, that promotes scams.
