I ordered a blouse size 2XL which is…

I ordered a blouse size 2XL which is usually very loose on me. The one I received was tight and I could not even button it up. The material was so thin and see through. Very cheaply made from China. I tried to return it and was told that it would be difficult and time consuming or I could just keep the blouse and get a 10% credit. What a scam. Do not order from this site.

I wished I had read the reviews before…

I wished I had read the reviews before falling into the trap of making g a purchase .
On Facebook I ordered what was advertised as a lovely linen dress one day special offer reduced from £170 to £45. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and after tracking the dress realised it was being shipped from China and not Royal Mail as stated on website .
When it arrived , I was appalled at the quality, cheap viscose and fit was not as described. After e mails back and forth asking for a returns label and being told , keep the item and a further dress in a different size would be sent as it would be cheaper than returning the dress as the warehouse was not in the United Kingdom.
Their policy is returns within 30 days would be refunded . That is not the case . I am no further forward as e mails have ceased and I have been left with a dress I could not even donate to a charity shop .

The clothing is extremely poor quality…

The clothing is extremely poor quality they do not want to refund and appear to stop replying to emails after offering 30% off or a voucher to spend in store. From reading other reviews this is a common problem, DO NOT buy from this company.

Please please please do not buy from…

Please please please do not buy from this site. The item I received was utterly appalling - laughable really. It was worse quality than a children’s fancy dress costume. They are also being difficult about refunds despite advertising a money-back guarantee. Under no circumstances order from Eleanor & Rose York.

You must pay for returns to China piecemeal.

Buyer, BEWARE. Her products are ordered from China and arrive piecemeal. If unsatisfied with the product, you must return it to China, again, piecemeal, and at an extraordinary cost.
Imagine ordering a pair of jeans from Macys and having to return it to Sri Lanka. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
The products are poorly sawn and the sizing is way off. I ordered a large and it fit like an XXL.

I got duped

I got duped. This appears to be a mother/daughter boutique, based in York, having an "anniversary sale" to save their small business. In fact, it's a front for the same low quality clothing you can find on Shein, Temu and lots of other similar "boutique" sites with no actual store.
It took almost a month for the clothes to arrive by courier, even though the site claimed to post items with Royal Mail, within 3 days. The tracking number I was given didn't work on the Royal Mail site, or their own site - my order still isn't on my profile on their site. Thankfully, I ordered through Shop, so I have a record.
The quality of the clothing is awful - actually laughable in one case, a sweatshirt where the classic neckline is actually printed on. It's no way worth the price I paid, let alone the prices they claimed they'd reduced from.
I am waiting to see if they'll process a refund as they promised. Otherwise, lesson learned, I guess. Learn from my experience and don't fall for it.
