I have just witnessed what is probably the most appalling behaviour I have ever seen directed toward a member of the public while watching a video you can find by searching for "Guy Goes Ballistic: Explosive Rant filled with Profanity. Brace yourself! Pinac filming audits".
This was the first experience I have had with respect to this company and, unfortunately, it has left a very strong negative impression on me. I expect there are many far more professional members of staff but, unfortunately, first impressions tend to have a lasting effect.
