Superb support and really good quality!

I bought the ELECFREAKS micro:bit Nezha Pro AI Mechanical Power Kit and we really love it. We loved it so much that I also ordered all the planetX sensors so we could even build more. It works very well, better then I expected. And its easy to let the AI voice respond to your own custom commands or to learn the AI camera new objects. Its fun to play around with. Unfortunality after a couple of months the Nezha Pro stopped working. I contacted their support and they send me a new one. So their after sales is really good. I really recommend this. Its a great alternative for Lego Prime sets, maybe even better because there are so many more sensors available and all the AI stuff!

I ordered a product

I ordered a product, the money were deducted at PayPal but no confirmation mail and logging in to my account at their site shows no registered orders.
If I get a reply on the inquiry, I sent them, I will come and change my rating... depending on the outcome.
