Ordered a Magnifier for phone screen on 3rd November, still not received. Tracking stops on 30th November in Edinburgh and nothing since!!! Ive emailed twice with no response. I will be reporting to PayPal for a full refund. Not happy and I wouldn't use ever again.
Company states products in stock. But they are not shipping the items. Not contacting me. Also they claim to charge my card when the item ships. They have charged the same day as i placed my order and not shipping my items. Holding it back for some reason.
Eventually they shipped the item at the day i posted this review. So i upgraded my review here.
only down side. They never answered my emails. I needed the customs invoice as my parcel was delayed in customs and they never provided it me. Showing them my paypal payment was eventually enough for customs.
