Clicked on a link via Facebook to purchase a football, filled out my bank details for a £3 purchase. Then received an email saying I had successfully joined up and a monthly payment of £29.99 would be taken from my account. Contacted them immediately. They claimed to know nothing about a football, they didn't sell these nor had anything to do with fb. Asked for an immediate cancellation, having already taken the £3 from my account. Got assurances my supposed subscription had been cancelled. I've now had a further £3 withdrawn from my account and they are not replying to emails.

Took money out my account and are still doing it when they assured me they wouldn't I never even subscribed to their company they took 2 payments of 29.00 pounds then when they assured me they wouldn't take any more they've took another 3 pound I'm gonna have to ring my bank to make sure this stops

This company has now stolen from me twice. A few months ago they were told to cancel the account and refund the money for it wasn't the person who signed ups bank account. After a few texts they finally did but leaving me in the hole with an overdraft fee.i was able then to pay it. Now I live on 181 a week and I don't have any extra to cover the fee let alone eat on. This account was supposed to be closed and it wasn't . Then to take away from my family knowing they did not have permission to take anything from that account
