Viewed this company via their website to have a kitchen extractor hood installed with ducting. I made two separate calls to the number on the website and was bluntly advised they cannot carry out any ducting works and that their website was incorrect. No apology just a rude and unhelpful response not aligned to their website claims.
This company subcontracts out its jobs to nearby engineers/electricians.
Our engineer was extremely unreliable: he claimed to be hungover for the first appointment we arranged; then arrived late for the second appointment and stated he had to leave within 20 minutes. At the last appointment he was again late, and very unprofessional. We should have cancelled the job, but this would incur a £150 fee, when the deposit was already £166 (we didn't know this at the time)
We allowed him to fix the problem, and he again charged us an extra £180, claiming that we would be able to retrieve our deposit back.
This has not been the case despite calling the company and explaining our problem.
I would unfortunately highly advise against this company as they provide unreliable, unprofessional subcontractors, and are not value for money at all.
