I have requested etm to take down their false post of gross misconduct its been a week and no movement from them so the next route is legal proceedings Trustpilot want the facts on their platform i have given etm enough time to take down their false allegations of gross misconduct they have been unable to show any proof in writing about any of their claims etm you have no leg to stand you have engineers working for you how cannot fill out their own reports you have engineers who dont understand the how to inspect and test correctly for your clients Kings college london is a bench mark for your incompetence you sent 5 engineers to test the same panel and one of them wants blagging rights to not use the MFT(which is paramount in this job) ???Nadine,Max ,Matt have not being able to answer what is the penalty for falsifying electrical test results . engineers send in paperwork which is then doctored in the office. ETM fitted my house alarm and outside lighting, the engineers that attended were excellent, turned up on time , didn't leave any mess and talked me through how to work the alarm and said to call them back if I had any trouble with it.
