Bad company - order arrived with missing items and a note with "Items To Follow". Having chased three times and been fobbed off with made up delivery dates. I'm still waiting........ Now all emails are goiing unanswered.
I should have read the other reviews first! Crooks.

Wrong cable sizes sent and 3 x 32A RCBOs missing from my delivery. I have phoned and sent numerous emails but there has been no acknowledgement or reply. I have had to cancel the planned work as I have no idea if the items I have paid for will ever appear. Will be seeking a refund via my credit card company as there is no communication from electricalwholesalers4u leaving me with no options and out of pocket.

Half the order missing, wouldn’t believe me that it was missing insisted on reviewing the cctv to make sure it hadn’t been shipped but needed the items desperately. Got conflicting information from call centre handlers useless I would t waste my time and money again took my money instantly but having to wait over 10 days for a refund

I purchased 3x smoke alarms in a pack as part of a larger order. One smoke alarm did not work. I complained to the retailer who told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. The manufacturer asked me to post the defective item to them which I did at my own expense. The manufacturer said that a component had blown and this was not covered by their warranty. I explained to the manufacturer and the retailer than the unit had never worked and all our electrician did was slot it onto a base unit but they were not interested. I explained that the retailer was in breach of the Sale Of Goods Act 1979 as they had supplied an item that was not for purpose but I do not think they understood. Therefore, I have now issued a claim under s. 75 of the Consumer Credit Credit. For the sake of £18.66, I think it would have made more commercial sense for the retailer simply to have replaced the item as they now have a negative review, a merchant services claim and the loss of a future customer but that is obviously their decision. It's a shame beecause I much prefer using smaller businesses rather Amazon etc. but this sort of thing partly explains why Amazon do so well.

Ordered material which was required urgently, April in sales checked to ensure goods were deffo in stock and shipped same day DHL ecommerce then proceeded to hold on to parcel for 3 x days at a local depot despite numerous attempts to contact them,issue was eventually sorted due to diligence and excellent customer service shown by April in sales to "own the problem" a rare commodity these days

Refused to issued a refund for a product that had not even been taken from the box, as we could see the colour choice was incorrect. Never have I received such terrible customer service.

Needed some lights and found some here for half of what my local wholesaler charged me.

Delivery came next day too. Happy with the service.

I ordered a lamp with shade. Delivery was speedy but delivery company didn’t deliver the shade. I contacted electrical wholesalers 4 you at 5 pm to complain. The lady on the phone was very nice and the shade was promptly delivered the following day.
I was a little concerned after reading reviews, but in my experience their customer service was excellent and at a price that was almost half the cost of other retailers for the exact same lamp, I am impressed and would recommend them.

This is my second time purchasing the Fusebox EV32AXBD 32A Type A (RCBO) EV Charger Distribution Board from ElectricalWholesalers4U.com, and once again, everything was flawless. The product arrived extremely quickly, exactly as promised, and in perfect condition. No issues whatsoever.
