There was no response to my attempts to contact electric maxx. If you are not going to respond to emails or phone calls why give them? Ignoring customers doesn't constitute good customer service.

❌ Extremely Poor Service – No Response, No Shipping, No Trust

Review:

“I had a very disappointing experience with Electric Maxx. After placing my order and making the payment, the store completely stopped responding. I have sent multiple emails and messages and received absolutely no reply. My order has been stuck on ‘Preparing shipment’ for days with no update, no tracking number, and no confirmation of dispatch.

Customer service seems to be completely nonexistent. If a company cannot even answer a simple message, how can anyone trust them to deliver a product, provide warranty support, or handle issues?

I strongly advise others to avoid this store. The level of communication and professionalism is extremely poor. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else. This store is not reliable at all.”

I feel scammed

Hello,
I have tried to contact them through every available channel, and I have not received any response at all. My order never arrived, and I am not willing to lose any more money because already lose my money

I recoment never buy nothing here in this page since the product was never delivered and there has been no communication from your Sid and you still my money

Terrible Service

Been waiting for a month now for my item. Have sent several emails as there is no phone number, all emails have been ignored. I will give it one more week then will be paying them a visit. Do not buy from this chancer.

I ordered a GN29 E-bike with this company unfortunately it was out of stock. A gentleman called Simon called and offered me an alternative but this was not the bike I wanted so a refund was offered which I received within four days.

As we explained in the email, you have not read the listing correctly, While you ordered BK6S... it states frame will say BK6 as the frame does not change between the different models of BK6, including BK6S, BK6S Pro etc all are on BK6 Frame with battery and motor differences.
Please ensure you fully read the listings before buying online

Great problem solving

In reference to my previous review. I would like to change my opinion on the review, only im not sure how to do it. This is why I am writing another review. Once electric maxx had sorted out the problem with my delivery,my bikes arrived today. This was not the company’s fault but the delivery service. The bikes arrived in perfect condition, really well presented and packaged. I have built both bikes and myself and my wife did around 9 miles on them this evening. They are excellent for what we need and we tested them out on really steep hills tonight. I would highly recommend anyone to buy them. Again I would like to say thank you to Simon for keeping us informed about this matter. It was through no fault of his and also it was the company’s first time sending goods to Northern Ireland. Everything has turned out really well and we are really really happy. Thank you so much for your support!!!!

Outstanding

I've had a fantastic experience with Electric Maxx. I've purchased two electric bikes from them, and even when one was unfortunately stolen, they were incredibly supportive. The second bike had a minor issue, but their customer service was top-notch – they quickly sent a replacement part. Their prices are competitive, and their support is outstanding. Highly recommend!

It was meant to come within 7 days but it has been 14 days and it hasn't come so I'm really disappointed.
