Urban Beauty Pro is SCAM!! my boyfriend got me Dyson pro from there, which i took to the repair because it was stopping to work all the time. Dyson confirmed that it is NOT real.

I was sent a counterfeit product and I am trying to get in touch with the company but they wont answer. I am not sure what to do. I have a letter from Dyson stating that the product is fake.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap Pro in january and had to wait almost 3 weeks for it to be sent despite their website stating otherwise. Their response was "we have an issue with our shipping service", which already was alarming since I immediately received a UPS label after ordering. Seemed like they just didn't have them in stock.

After receiving it and using it for a couple of weeks I noticed the product seemed off. I compared with a friend's Dyson Airwrap and it had differences in many areas, including all the attachments. I tried my friend's Airwrap and it worked a million times better. So I thought it was a fake. I contacted Dyson, I was able to register the devices but they said it's already a few years old. I sent them the pictures and they confirmed all the differences. I contacted Urban Beauty again because I wanted my money back, they said they have a 180 days return policy no questions asked, so I sent it back and now I've been waiting for my refund for 2 months already!!!

Every time I contact them, they have an issue with their payment system. No solution up until now, I sent back their product and don't even get my money back. How this company hasn't been caught scamming is a big mystery to me. Don't buy anything!!!

I have ordered a Dyson Airwave 3 weeks ago. Paid by CC and confirmed. But in these 3 weeks nothing was delivered, also the T&T was not showing any movement at all. I reached out to the customer service 6 times, but they only came back twice, apologies as of delivery problems and that they will deliver asap.Now 3 weeks later, no response and nothing has changed. Been online shopping for over 10 years, but never had such a bad experience......

Bought an Dyson Airwrap Complete. Perfect condition, took a while until it was delivered (~3weeks), but I ordered it with discount. Immediately registered on the Dyson webpage, without any problem. Legit company, can be recommended!

Continue to write negative reviews about this company, as I still haven't received money refund for undelivered items.

I did my order on 21 FEB - 3 Dyson.
I received only 1 (!) Dyson after 15 days (!) on 8th of March

Since the parcel did not arrive completely, I wrote a email to the Urban Beauty and asked for a refund for 2 undelivered items. They replied that there was an mistake in the warehouse and they will send a new parcel soon. I once again pointed out to them that I no longer need to deliver this order and need refund of 800 EUR. 5 days passed, they still haven't responded.
UB representative, if you are reading this review, I ask you to immediately make a refund for undelivered goods, otherwise I will have to contact the police.

Have contacted their hosting site & also credit card company.

They sent the product, it's a fake. So totally scammed, Have requested a refund but it's unlikely this will happen but still flagged with the CC company. I also the company that provides their web store so have now started working with them to shut them down. Messed with the wrong person

They took back the item after back & forth about the authenticity of the Dyson Airwrap. They even sent a video showing a real Dyson vs a fake which was hilarious as the one from Urban Beauty had all the tell tale signs. They also tried to make me change my review saying I must be talking about a different store.

Surprised to get my money back but they are definitely aware of what they are doing selling these fakes.

2nd review for the Case RMA#YO3ZE1RV still pending to be sent despite of the answer provided in my previous post. I received an email on the 5th of Feb promising it will be shipped the next day, 4 weeks later nothing happened despite of a reminder to the customer service: urbanbeauty:

Refund my money

I did my order already 3 weeks ago. In last days i sent a lot of e-mails,but they don’t give any answer! This is not nice. Money is gone and i don’t have my Dyson. I sent message to UPS and they see that they created the order and thats it.
Worst service ever!!!! No phone numbers and no answers to e-mails.

SEND MY MONEY BACK!! How long I have to wait for “customer service” answer???

Na wat mails over de dyson wrap air.. is hij eindelijk binnen gekomen. Dyson is ook geregistreerd bij dyson. Misschien handiger dat Urban er neer zet levering tussen nu en 4 wk zodat de mensen er op kunnen rekenen dat het later word.
Dus het is perfect opgelost en ik bedank Urban Beauty hiervoor.

Spent 400euro on the dyson airwrap that was NEVER sent. I tried reaching out to their customer service 5 times and there was no response.

As you can see all of their replies on here are fake encouraging people to contact their customer support team but they don't exist??

Please DO NOT BUY anything from this website unless you want to have your money stolen.

I have already reported them to Dyson directly for fraud with their products and have filed a report with my bank and mastercard.
I've looped in my lawyer as well and will be reporting the page to the authorities.

It's supppeeer sketch - their "warehouse" seems to be in valencia, spain but their site is from France. Anyway, I will update once I have more info from my lawyer.

Update: Customer service replied the same day that the refund will be processed, which is very quick i think after reading the comments i was skeptical. Awaiting refund. Will update you when I get my refund.
Update: Received my refund within 1 day of cancellation. Ibelive its not a scam.

I was a bit worried when I saw all the reviews for Urbanbeautypro.com here after ordering the Dyson airwrap.
I had ordered it just before the new year and after two weeks contacted customer service for an update.
They explained there were delays and I received it after 4 working days.
I also registered the device on the Dyson website so everything is good. Just a long wait due to Christmas peak.

I have ordered my Dyson AirWrap end of December. After waiting for a few weeks It was shipped but UPS did not deliver it as they had 2 packages with same tracking number so they said it was a mistake from the sender. I contacted the customer care 3 times to have a written confirmation to send one of the 2 to my address but no reply so far! I'm very worried I have lost my money and this is a SCAM.

Oh my god, this company is horrible, and they're obviously rating themselves which is ridiculous. I've been waiting for my Dyson Airwrap since Jan 18. E-mailed customer support several times. Nothing. Currently looking into taking legal action.

Update Feb 8: After being told a week ago my order would ship and arrive this week and nothing happening, I asked for a refund. So far I'm being ignored again. Awesome.

I made my order 2 weeks ago. One week ago I received a message saying that my order had been shipped with tracking details linked to UPS. The status has remained “UPS received the shipment information”/“label created” since, has anyone experienced the same?
I have contacted their customer center to ask if they actually coordinated a pick up/or drop off at a ups location with no answer.
After reading all the opinions on this site I’m starting to get really worried!

Update: now 3 weeks have passed, during this week I have received a few emails from them promising that ups would pick up the item for shipping that same day, or in 24 hours….but it never happens…really disappointed with this company.

Update 2: I finally received my order yesterday, which is almost a month after I made it.

I contacted the company they got back to me after few days and I received my money back as they are not shipping to UK now due to Brexit.

Im pretty sure this site is scam!
There is not even a legal notice anywhere to be found.
DONT buy there!

FYI: after i posted this the company used the trustpilot site to try to get my personal data to be able to contact me
that is a common tactic to get reviews removed that they dont like!

Stay as far away from this site as possible
