Our new apartment in Havana kanariankatu Helsinki is having electrolux appliances. We residents are highly dissatisfied with induction stove as it makes annoying noise while in use(Electrolux says that its how it work and they charge to come and see it), Then refrigerator is worst part which spoils the food, make lots of ice although you are not touching anything to fridge wall, even food in basket gets bad. Then you call technician to visit and he says oh thats how our fridges are and pack everything in boxes to use our fridges and then they give 120euro invoice to pay for this visit. They just say that this is how our appliances are. Unfortunately entire neighbourhood is facing the issues and basically nothing could be done on this.

Bought fridge shelf from Electrolux webshop. It was wrong and I returned part. Electrolux didn’t return money. As far as i'm concerned I concider Electrolux webshop as a hoax.

Electrolux AEG freezer is very noisy, so that it is sometime even more noisy than my TV on moderate volume. By far, this is the most louder freezer I even had in my life.
Customer service first tried to convince this is normal and I just need to get used to it. When I appealed to them this is not, they offered paid service (for 7 months old freezer) and no warranty service and then just stopped replying.
So Electrolux / AEG Finland basically refuse warranty requests. Avoid buying anything from this brand as this is pretty much a fraud.

I bought a new refrigerator from Electrolux which has had problems from the start. I’ve called customer service numerous times but they claim all problems related to the refrigerator to be normal. It’s apparently normal that the top freezer melts and is full of ice since turning itself on again, and that berries you store in the refrigerator turn to ice since “they contain water”. I’m never buying anything from this brand again.
