Insult to Injury

After waiting 2 months for a new door for a brand new fridge because it was damaged during delivery I finally agreed to have the fridge swapped out for a replacement. I was reluctant because of the damage done the first time. But this time 2 holes in my flooring a scratch on my timber flooring and then the drivers dumped all the packaging on the street. When I lodged a complaint I was basically told I was a liar and I made the holes in the floor and i dumped the rubbish. I am going to fair trading and the ombudsman. Businesses need to do better. I am tired of lousy customer service after they have your money.

The focus is on design NOT efficiency! Unfortunately, I can neither recommend this Electrolux's air purifiers. Nor can I recommend their customer service or helpfulness. All three of my units are constantly green, as proof of good air quality, and this even though I have been standing and painting a chair, or frying meatballs 2 meters from my large XL model. And the expensive filters that I have bought next to it, to combat odors in the home, make absolutely no difference. So all in all, I have used…

A nightmare

A nightmare, took over a month to get parts. Constant delay. Customer service run around. They seem to be reading from a script. Said they’d escalate the issue and I’d get an email or call within a couple of days, never received. Take your business elsewhere not worth the headache.

A CORPORATE INTENTIONALLY&PURPOSEFULLY SET UP TO SCAM CONSUMER
Order #1215327214, $1714.72 Purshaed 3/23 at midnight canceled 3/24 8am due to Lowes New Amana W/D being Defective upon arrival was no longer being picked up as scheduled. Thus, the cancellation of the Electrolux. Order Canceled 3/24 8am, assured Order was cancel; I did not receive an email to this Fact so I accomplished a live chat with Electrolux so I could copy the chat and prove Electrolux stated they canceled the Order specifically for my Credit Card Company so they can reimburse me for this cancel order. Email received from Warehouse stating Order has been shipped. 3rd Call to C/S to Cancel Order and they assured me that the Order was Canceled. So I have Proof for my Credit Card Company and I have NO IDEA what Electrolux will do with the Order. What I do Know is that You can not cancel the Order on Line and Electrolux makes it impossible to cancel the Order. They also Took $1714.72 from my credit card 3/24 AM and it's Illegal to bill prior to the Customer receiving the Product or Proof that the Product had been shipped. The Product was shipped late 3/24 @ 4:30pm and the credit card was billed in the AM 3/24 so Electrolux had full Intentions on delievering the Order dispite 3 Cancellations of the Order. Consequently, The Practices of this Company Borders on Illegal Practices to maintain Profit for their share holders. They remind me of Vacasa. All machine are made overseas for little money from the Corporations sold at high prices to Consumers with NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, No, NO, No Regard for workermanship as the Company's are making hugh Profits so They Have no Concern for the Consumer. This is the Practices of today. I Have Proof for my Credit Card Company that Electrolux stated they canceled the order so I will be reimburse and the credit card company will go after Electrolux to retrive their Money since they have to reimburse me. I am a Veteran with PTSD so after Receiving a W/D set which were New Amana Appliances and both defective, Washer agitator went the wrong way and Dryer has a loose part falling on drum as it spins. The last this I need was to Purchase anther W/D set from a "SCAM" Company to be lied to so Money could be Stolen which of course is FRAUD.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI would like to thank Electrolux for…

I would like to thank Electrolux for their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am 69, and in all my years I have never experienced such caring, professional and efficient service. AMAZING - TRULY AMAZING!! Electrolux don't have a customer service centre - they have a Peace of Mind Department and believe me it is truely that. Congratulations Electrolux for 10/10 in supporting your clients. Elizabeth

Worst Keramikspis from Electrolux

I purchased the Electrolux Serie 600 Keramikspis LKR66041SW in May, and after just two months of use, it developed severe scratch marks — large white patches that are far worse than normal surface scratches. I contacted Electrolux and the nearest service center, but they refused to inspect the issue, simply stating that scratches are not covered under warranty. This is clearly a product flaw, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from this brand again.

Spareparts delivery is a horrorshow

Spareparts delivery is a horrorshow. You pay enough shippingcosts to expect a tracingnumber, but these cheapshits send without tracingnumber. I still have not received my sparepart and my dryer is still standing idle. Apparently I am not the only one. complaning about this company

Disappointed with both the product and the service

We bought an Electrolux freezer with a no-frost feature, thinking it would be a reliable appliance. But during the warranty period, it started having defrost issues. When I called customer service, they told me to just manually defrost it and that it would fix the problem. I did exactly that, and it worked — for a while.

About a year later, a new issue started: the freezer began tripping the electricity in our apartment. We contacted Electrolux again and asked for a technician to come take a look. He showed up, spent less than a minute inspecting it, and told us the freezer was non-repairable due to frost buildup.

It honestly didn’t make any sense. How does a no-frost freezer end up with frost issues bad enough to kill it? And why were we told to fix it ourselves when it was under warranty? It feels like that advice ended up working against us when we needed proper support.

If you’re still within your warranty, I’d strongly recommend not doing anything yourself — push for them to actually inspect and repair the product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy from Electrolux again. The quality just isn’t there, and the support left us feeling completely let down.

Once upon a time..

Once upon a time... Electrolux was a brand you could count on. It meant something. Given the prices of their products, you got what you paid for: Quality. These days? Those days are long since gone. Electrolux is now just a brand among brands; You'll find their washed up products dirt-cheap unlabelled in just about any Chinese web-store, such as AliExpress and what-have-you-not. What was one a recognizable brand of solid engineering is now nothing but a shadow of its former self, as it joins the endless parade of "tech-giants gone cheap" and all we are left with is the decaying remains of a once great company, nowadays trying to shove every single piece of crummy electronics they can muster before going bankrupt. Yet another tragic shame, where greed and profit are prioritized, rather than staying true to its brand. You're better off buying literally any other electronic devices elsewhere, be it washing-mashine, refrigrator or what-have-you-not; Electrolux as you knew it is dead and there is nothing left but the decaying smell of scam.

I can't slate AEG and Electrolux more for how they treat customers. Their washing machines are over-priced garbage. Looks great, but if it breaks, watch that warranty mean nothing and they leave you without a working washing machine for weeks while they mess you about. Communication will be poor and they'll have the cheek to act like they're doing you a favour.

Save yourself the trouble, keep that £1000 and buy a Beko for £300 instead. Should that ever break, buy another Beko.

Terrible service

I strongly advise people to think twice before using services from Electrolux Service Västerås. I am going to tell you how I lost 2095 SEK for nothing. I had their technician last week to fix my dishwasher giving 0.30 error (caused by water leakage in the machine). He said he fixed it but asked me to wait 24 hours before I start using it. I did wait as he asked but when I tried to use it, the dishwasher was not functioning. This time it was giving error .10 (dishwasher is not getting filled with water). I called to report the issue and requested them to complete their service. My dishwasher was not repaired after all, moreover they give 1 year guarantee for their service. The guy on the phone however warned me that I might get charged again for 2095 SEK since the error (and the cause) is different now. He wouldn't listen any of my arguments. I decided do not take a risk of paying another 2095 SEK. I already paid 2095 SEK last week and got nothing for that.
The strange thing is that they work officially with Electrolux, so the guy on the phone was actually from Electrolux. I am not sure if I will ever buy Electrolux products from now on.

waited over week for delivery that didnt come then when i said i would accept goods without installation was told that i WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR INSTALLATION!!!!!
Seems to be no connection between electrolux and bring, so just beware if you think you are paying for a premium service!!!

They do NOT want to help you. Low grade quality, garbage customer support

My oven glass door spontaneously exploded. A bad sign but not necessarily their fault. What makes them so bad is their customer support. I've had multiple bad calls but what tops the cake is when I called to ask for a manual for an oven they sell. Their website was broken so I called. They asked for my mobile number and home address, which I refused. They have my email, that's all they need.

They then said they can't provide the manual because my oven is out of warranty?!? What has that got to do with anything. I refused and they said put me on hold to talk to someone about it. 5 min later, the line cuts off.

Our Electrolux freezer stopped working…

Our Electrolux freezer stopped working after 3 years of use. Since it was still under warranty, we contacted the company to get a substitution. 40 days and still waiting. An entire summer without a freezer. First, they were supposed to contact us and never did. They said they had the wrong phone number. Then we gave them 2 numbers, just in case. Still never heard from them! Finally we decided to call them since they would not do it as they were supposed to. They said we had to wait and that they could not tell us how long it would take to substitute it. Waiting up until now… what a NIGHTMARE of a costumer service!

I’ve seldomly been so disappointed with the support from a company. they have strict policies on returns making it impossible to make returns. Never buying from them again, solemnly due to their customer service.

Worst experience buying a microwave

Worst experience buying a microwave. We got the microwave with installation included. First, the company responsible for the installation made it incorrect - it took weeks for them to come and fix. Second, it came with a design defect from the box. While customer services mentioned that the issue was under investigation, I got a text message saying that I booked a technician (which I haven't), then a technician calls me saying that he will charge 895 SEK for the service! After saying that it is not reasonable, the technician acted very rude to me. Definitely do not recommend to pay for such stressful experience.
