On December 02

On December 02, 2025, I, after checking the company profile and its address in Paris, bought an iPhone 16 Pro (refreshed) from Electromex for 315 euros. But 3 days later he sent me an email that it was not available in their respective depot and that it would take up to 8 days from another depot. And he sent me the tracking link. But after a few days the link disappeared. Then I asked him to send me the link again. The second time he sent me the link and the link showed that the mobile phone had entered France and was under control at customs. The link expired on December 24th. I emailed him twice more but did not receive a reply. Now I found out from other people's messages that the company was a fraudster and stole everyone's money. I don't know what the solution would be. Is there any government investigation authority that can find the company that had a specific number, sign and address in France? Let’s make a hashtag decision together on what to do.
