SCAMMERS!!!
This experience has been incredibly upsetting from start to finish. I placed my order for the Fanny Pack Crossbody Sling Bags on January 3, 2026 after seeing their ad on Instagram, and I was genuinely excited to receive them. Instead, I waited over a month, my order didn’t arrive until the first or second week of February and when it finally showed up, I was shocked by how cheap and poorly made the bags were. They look nothing like the photos on the website. They feel like flimsy knock‑offs of the Montana West bags they’re pretending to be.
What made everything worse was the customer service. I reached out multiple times asking for a return and refund, and they flat-out refused to give me a return address. Stating the shipping would be very expensive. Instead, they kept trying to brush me off with insulting “credits” of $10 or $13, as if that somehow makes up for sending me junk.
At this point, the whole situation feels dishonest and predatory. I trusted them, and they completely took advantage of that trust.
