Do not transfer any of your electroneum to their app or website - you have been warned
Depending on the outcome of this "level 2" KYC check I will either be reporting this outfit as a scam or fraud to the authorities or finally have access to ETN coins/tokens from 2018 a combination of mined and purchased.
They effectively lock the website and the app and prevent you from gaining access to your electroneum tokens until you complete a "KYC check". This should realistically take 10 minutes just like it does on most of the major reputable crypto exchanges. Electroneum not so much, it's a clown show literally. I have no idea why for example it takes 10 days to verify a utility bill or over 24 hours to verify a driving licence.
They are not ISO27001 so I refuse to send them any more information about myself as I have no idea how PII Data is handled/maintained/accessed/stored by Electroneum or by whom else. They did mention partnering with Yoti for KYC checks however I don't think that is the case for "level 2" checks or if they even use Yoti now. Plenty of people complaining about being locked out of the app and site for months to date.
There is a term in the crypto community for tokens and coins like this - "shitcoin" and electroneum fits this description perfectly.
You have been warned. Always read the negative reviews on trust pilot as most of the 5 star reviews for this "service" are just hype - ETN is useless and has been for a while, a true "shitcoin" from the 2018 ICO craze.

Kyc process has taken months
Kyc process has taken months. They always want new document.
Recently they have asked for tax file number , employer detail in a bank statement. Bank statement will never have tax file number.
My funds have been locked. Can't access it. They should have asked all these detail when I was trying to buy their coin. At the time of purchase everything was so easy. But now it has become impossible to access my account . I want to sell everything and not keep any. This has just been so stressful
