I purchased a ps4 game 24/04/24; as soon as I did not get the license key I knew something was off. Beware of this site mirroring a similar site except for the hypen (electronic-first); I haven’t purchase a game as a software before or used the site. I would have been more on the ball. Contacted their customer service - and was given the same run around of internal issues causing the delay, furthermore the typos in the messaging was a dead give away this is a scam site. This site needs to be formally investigated and taken down. Fortunately I got my purchase on credit card who have blocked them and I should get a money back in a month when I have provided evidence they did not provide the product I purchased.

Bought Modern Warfare 3, or I thought so, but I got SCAMMED!!! Filed a complaint, no email. Bought the game, nog email, chatted with Usama (support) a very bad written copy email saying that he will give me my money back. No email of this confirmation whatsoever.

Scam site! Do not get it confused with electronicfirst.com. This is "electronic-first.com" which is created to mislead and scam you on your purchase. DO NOT USE IT! People who give 5-stars are either part of the scam or confuse it with the real legitimate website. Come on!

Ordered Super Smash Bros Ultimate Nintendo Switch. Alarm bells started when did not receive an email.

FAKE SCAM SITE. They are mirroring an actual legit website (electronicfirst.com). been over 3 days having the same copy and paste messages on the live chat, have opened a dispute with my bank for a refund hopefully they shut this website down

It was slightly confusing and not entirely straight forward, but they did deliver with a bonus as well. I almost rated 4 stars but months later I had an issue and they resolved it very fast. My kids are gaming on.

I bought two games by buying accounts. It is very simple to understand if you read the tutorial. The service is always here if you ever need something. I had a problem because i bought the wrong game and by speaking with the service they changed my order. It's worth it.

After reading about people losing game progress after a few months becaue the account they bought had it's password changed, I decided to ask for a refund and after talking to the live support a refund was issued within 10 minutes.

I followed instructions and am now waiting for my refund.

Apparently game progress stays saved and even if the account you are buying(as they are not selling keys/games but accounts with the game on them) has it's password changed, you can contact them and recieve another account with the game; your progress remaining there.

I wasnt comfortable enough with being in this situation personally needing just one game ( not saving a fortune ) and I decided to have my money restored and get the game on my account.

Bought Switch Game: Mario 3D World. Instructions asked me to link an Acct. to my switch. I got very suspicious, doesn't seem legal and like a security risk on my side. I expected a code so i could download the actual game, like anywhere else. Asked for a refund and was they couldn't do so as i redeemed the game, which i never did. Never linked an acct. To my switch either, going to report this website as fraud and hope i can get my money back. Wrote a review on the legit site and they mentioned they've been trying to get this site offline. Might file a police report in hopes nobody else has to go through this.
