Before purchasing my Auna iTuner 320 BT Digital Hi-Fi Tuner I asked a couple of questions which were answered in full by Hifi Tower within a couple of days. The ordering process was straightforward and the tuner was promptly dispatched from Germany using UPS. The delivery arrived 6 days after ordering which was not bad considering the impact of Covid19 at the time.
The tuner is well made with machined navigation and volume knobs making it look the part. It was easy to connect into my existing Hifi system and network.
I recommend using the Undok app to control the tuner especially as the tuner display is a little on the small side and difficult to read from more than a metre away.
Overall, the iTuner 320 BT Digital Hi-Fi Tuner is great value for money and fills the need for anyone looking for a modern DAB and internet tuner/music player to replace their ageing FM tuner.

I ordered a hood from klarstein.ro, It came broken, and when I asked for money return, they told me to make a complaint on electronic-star.ro. I compelled the form and I sent the package back on my own costs. After few thays, I called back for information, and they said that the package doesn`t arrived to the main deposit and to wait for a week. Now, after two weeks, the package still doesn`t arrived. I hope I will recive the money back.
Waiting for 2 weeks for my order and still didn't receive it. And I had to call them to get more info. I don't recomand this site. My order is in Budapest after this period and it has to arrive in Bucharest. You think I will get it in 1 month?

Out of the box experience with Klarstein heating. Just the worst you can expect. After hours of trying to mount the thing to the ceiling (looks easy but it's like a rubics cube) I worried about the plug and play. My worries came true. I found the app afterall but not by the QR. No that link was already dead. Same as login to this none existing app.. it just doesnt work. There's no solution in the manual. So here I am stuck with the lousy ugly thing on the ceiling which does not even give a bit of warmth. All the effort and all the time spend for nothing!
Missed deadlines. No phone answer. No email answer. No order comes
Unquestionably the worst experience I’ve had, buying on line. Missed deadlines. Wasted two whole days waiting in, but no joy. Zero customer service. Totally useless. And I’ve still not received my item. Spent a small fortune on a gift for my nephew’s 21st birthday, but they messed up so badly he’s still not got his present. He’s really disappointed, I’m furious, and all Electronic Star say is maybe it will arrive in the next three days!
Nine days after ordering . . . still not a word from them.

Seeing how bad reviews this company has, I decided to order the same products from amazon.de. Little did I know that it was actually being sold by the same company...!
I ordered one AC unit and one water cooled portable unit. Both have clear signs of wear and have obviously been used before. Aside from that, the AC unit is stuck on fan mode and does not cool at all. I have contacted the seller on amazon and so far they have not answered back. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund from amazon. Needless to say, stay away from this company and pay attention if you see their names on any other third party sellers like amazon and ebay.
Do not use this company. Returned a speaker as unsuitable and requested a refund. They sent another speaker and their supposed customer service department did not answer the phone. Still trying to contact them.
This is a bad joke of a webstore! I ordered some gym equipment and paid them with my credit card. Waited for a week to find out that no delivery was ever made. Contacted customer service and only after that they cancelled my order, because "item was sold out". I made new order on the same day on different item. Customer service sent me email that my "payment was received and item will be send in 24 hours". I waited 48 hours and item was still not sent. Contacted customer service, but they wouldn`t even answer my emails anymore. Cancelled all my orders and demanded immediate money refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEB STORE!
I ordered an infrared panel from Electronic Star, I was updated with the status of the order via 4 clear emails and the delivery was even sooner than I expected. The product did not meet my expectations on some areas so I chose to return it. Everything went smoothly, I got a confirmation that the return was received and within less than a week I was refunded. A good experience for me even though I did not keep the product, I might order here again.
Electronic Star (the seller) advertised 2 x 27.5 kg dumbbells for sale for a total of x Euros. On the strength of this advertisement, I agreed to buy the same and paid x Euros via Paypal to the seller. The seller delivered three packages to my neighbour, one of which was supposed to contain these 2 dumbbells. When I collected the package from my neighbour, I found that it contained only one 27.5 kg dumbbell. The other two packages related to another order of no relevance in this matter. Having raised an immediate complaint to the seller about the missing dumbbell, very little of any consequence happened until the seller wrote to me claiming they didn't have a second 27.5 kg dumbbell and therefore offering a 10% discount on the x Euro purchase price I paid to enable me to keep this dumbbell. This was a most derisory offer as on any view the package only contained 50% of the ordered goods. The seller's starting point should therefore have been a discount of 50%. That said, a single dumbbell of such a weight is next to useless without the other dumbbell (I have two hands), so I think my starting point would have been a discount of 90%. It never came to this. Refunds and returns were briefly discussed, but imagine taking a 27.5kg weight to a post office in any jurisdiction, let alone in Southern Italy where I took delivery, and seeing the reaction on the face of the employee as you ask them to send it to Germany!!! I don't think either the seller or I had any appetite for this procedure, not least because I have my doubts as to whether the item would arrive safely and then I would have absolutely nothing to show for my purchase. Discussions having therefore reached a standstill, I raised a dispute with Paypal thinking they might help me. However, Paypal found in favour of the seller on the basis that "the package" had been delivered. Well, yes it had, but it only contained one dumbbell rather than the agreed number, namely 2 (two) x 27.5kg dumbbells. Presumably, on this logic Paypal would have reached the same decision in favour of the seller even if the package had contained NOTHING at all!!!!! After all, a package (albeit empty) would have been delivered. Quite incredibly, Paypal came to this decision on evidence provided solely by the seller confirming delivery, and without any recourse to me for further particulars. At any rate, I'm now left with a pretty much useless 27.5kg dumbbell (looks nice though...) which has cost me x Euros, the price charged for 2 dumbbells. The sum x is not huge in the scheme of things, so I guess I will have to walk away from this dispute now as it would be uneconomic to pursue matters further. I certainly feel that justice is blind. The seller has not returned to me in order to do the right thing. Quite frankly, they don't seem to think they've done anything wrong, which is very disappointing.
I bought two loudspeakers Auna Linie-600 from electronic-star and I have been very disappointed by the service. I strongly recommend to not buy from them.
The entire experience was annoying and disappointing: to keep it short: you think you are buying a new unused product, but what you receive is a secondhand/refurbished products.
More details about what happened to me:
I placed the order (and paid) on 18 November 2018. The website reported the item in stock, and the expected delivery was between 3-5 days.
I received the items on 3 December (11 working days after placing the order) and the worst was that the customer service was not able to tell me why the items were not shipped yet, or even if they were on stock or not.
The loudspeakers that I received were secondhand (or refurbished): there were clear signs of usage like stains, scratches, bumps and the front panel was partially unglued.
I contacted the customer support, to request clarification if that was a mistake or an accident (that I received a secondhand product) and I requested a replacement. I explicitly requested a new product.
The customer service was unable to guarantee me that the replacement was going to be a new product (and not a refurbished one).
This is not an acceptable behavior for a serious e-commerce.
In case an e-commerce wants to sell used products, they must clearly specify that information on their website, detailing what is the status of the product (scratches, bumps, etc. also attaching pictures).
Trying to sells a secondhand product pretending that it is new is a scam! I requested a full refund and only on 4 January 2019 I finally received it (~1.5 months after all this story started).
I ordered a wall chimney from Electronis-Star through Amazon. It did not work at all. I sent it back via UPS to Amazon. Despite having a confirmation of delivery to Amazon by UPS, Amazon refused to refund my money. I contacted Electronic-Star To ask them to help me get my money back and Electronic-Star refused to help me. I now have no cheminée and have lost the 199€ I paid for it (I have been struggling for 2 months to get my money back). Do not order anything from Electronic-Star, directly or through Amazon. Customer Service means nothing to Electeonic-Star.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS WEBSITE, SCAM SCAM SCAM, bought a trampolin for my daughter, only a fee parts arrive. Big trouble to get this fix now, no reply to emails or any sort of customer service available. Huge problem to get a refund as i dont want to deal with this companny EVER again. KEEP CLEAR!!!!
Ordered an AC unit, it took 5 days for them to proccess my order before it was picked up and shipped by UPS. Not sure if it's the heat or vacation times that was the cause of the handling delay. But the shipping time was super fast. 2 days from Germany to Sweden. The product works and i'm happy with it.
