I recently placed an order with Discount Headphones (now operating as Electronic Stream) for a product, but never received the item. Despite multiple attempts to follow up on the status of my order and request a refund, I have yet to receive a response from their customer service team.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid doing business with this company. Their lack of response and failure to process refunds is unacceptable and indicative of illegal behaviour.

I hope that my review will serve as a warning to others to think twice before making a purchase from this company.

Bought a set of “AirPods Max” which were mega cheap, so I presumed I’d get a set of fakes. However, I’ve not even had a fake set delivered at this point and they have ignored any attempts to contact them. Started a claim back through my credit card provider, which they are disputing.

Goods never despatched. No updates. Refuse to reply to any contact for weeks.

I purchased an Apple Pencil from their website for good discount price. They mentioned it as brand new. I was suspicious after ordering because the reference number is just ‘#94’! That’s how many orders they only getting. Forget it took 2 weeks to reach home but the item was sealed but second hand! And damaged product!!. No push sensitivity and it don’t connect to my pad properly, i tried it with my friends iPad too. I contacted them using their WhatsApp number and they said to email. I did it but no response. I responded in WhatsApp again and no response from there as well, not even opening the message. After few days i texted them “you guys are scams, right? I am gonna make a complaint”. Then they responded by saying “yes, please make a complaint then”. That was the response from them. For the consumers: Guys don’t fall for their discount sale. It’s a new scam with decently looking website.
