Placed an order THEN read the reviews (stupid I know). Sent an email to the 'Support' address advising I had read internet reviews & wanted to cancel my large mystery box immediately and wanted a full refund (paid by Paypal) and expected no response & to have to raise a claim with them. Following morning received an email confirming transaction cancelled and one from Paypal advising of a refund so got away lightly I believe.
Do not buy on that homepage! Nothing more than selling headphones, toothbrush or Air humidification straight from China. At the end you pay more than you would buy it everywhere else. “Super big mystery box”, what arrives is a small box with one item which is not worth the money you spend
So I give one start... Because I buy the Super Giant mystery box and I got only one super Small mystery box with only one item..... I pay more and I get less...I don't understand if they are scammer's or something like that... I will find out and report this side or whatever this is let's see...
i have like most on here been scamed by electronicade.com company they are nothing more than leagual theif's i was expecting a 30kg box but got i small box twith just headphones do not use this site
