Walked in, we were greated by a gentleman with a smile, letting us know he was there to assist us. I told him exactly what I wanted in a washer. One that filled the tub up with wash & rinse water, & no lid lock. About 35 minutes later we walked out of Electronic Express with a 2 day delivery date of the best washer I have ever had in my life. Thank you Electronic Express for no pressure sales pitch, or trying to sell me something I didn’t want. We had a great sales experience, a fabulous delivery with two of the nicest delivery guys that used an appliance buddy to put & set up the washer without dragging it across the floor. I love this Speed Queen Washer, it is worth every penny spent. I highly recommend a Speed Queen & highly recommend Electronic Express Chattanooga!!

Worker called me a guy(I’m a female) and then he was just rude the whole experience all because I wanted to take my tv out the box. I understand the liability and I told him I wasn’t bringing it back for sure.. terrible experience won’t shop at that location again. Probably never with the company first and last time.

Great shopping experience and delivery with removal and installation. Customer service has been great as well when had a question about an available rebate. I was contacted in a few hours afterwards.

I would have given 5 stars; but your people that load the appliances/merchandise act like that they are afraid to do anything with helping to secure the load. As soon as they got my Refrigerator loaded, they vamoosed-- Didn't even help an old man secure it nor lift the ramp of his trailer. Lowe's or Home Depot's procedures should be taught.

the product was purchased online. There were 2 of the items in our area. One was open box which we were fine with especially at $700 less than the new item. However as it was the weekend before Thanksgiving I needed the one in my immediate area. When I went to pick it up- it was not new- it was the display model. I pointed out discrepancy and we had not problem purchasing open box or display but would expect it to be at a reduced price. They said it was purchased on line and this is what they had. I decided to proceed with purchase as we were days from a holiday. We were able to leave with the display and now have it in our home but it makes a loud metallic sound when closing that our prior (identical) unit did not make. I cannot help but assume this either because of the use in display or the lack of appropriate packaging for transport. it was wrapped in plastic wrap not box or styrofoam to cushion during transport.

Had a back order issue with online. Called the store they had my exact order online cancelled and store pickup was done that day. So easy and so helpful Hamilton Place location customer service TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend. Great experience. Love my new washer and dryer.

I love Electronic Express. I have bought a PC, PS5, IPad, Children’s tablets, and a very nice Bose speaker from this place. I used to live in Chattanooga TN where I bought in person. Now I live in CA where I buy online and they ship quickly to me. I love that they accept SNAP Finance where I buy and pay off on the 100 day same as cash option. It’s just heavenly!

I have spent almost 15k in 6 months. Last purchase we got a couch, portable AC. TV, Refrigerator. The couch has a light that doesn't the TV remI
iIe doesn't work, AC is missing the remote, the guys that showed up to deliver er the couch couldn't assemble it and when they came to fix the light they didn't bring parts. So 3 weeks to come check and verify the light didn't work now 3 weeks later still no light.

Everything was professional and arrived on time

I paid ax 129.00 dollars they can out the washer and dryer set an they didn't put on my air vent to the dyer,,,,and I call about it an no one ever came back out 😡😡😡

We ordered a TV from Amazon and apparently Electronic Express was the seller. Their truck delivered it instead of coming from normal Amazon channels. The drivers used a huge box truck and seemed to have a difficult time handling it, not being able to come up into our entry without a lot of trouble. There was nothing wrong with the TV. The problem came when they left they backed around into our community mailbox and turned it over sideways, leaving it unusable. When we contacted Amazon they said Electronic Express was responsible not Amazon. We contacted Electronic Express and they sent word to their transportation department who contacted us. We sent in pictures of the damage and asked for insurance coverage. They inquired if we had it on a ring camera or an eye witness. No one saw them back into it but it became evident when we walked outside after they left. It would take a vehicle that large to bend over a steel box and the concrete it was on. Now no one will call us back. The residents, all elderly, now have to go to the post office every day to get their mail. We just ordered a new mailbox and now have to have the old one removed, along with installation of the new one, and then have the post office rekey. It is just not right that Electronic Express has not taken responsibility for this incident and refused to contact us further. Expenses could run as high as $5000 that our residents will be responsible for because of Electronic Express Delivery.

The TV was ordered online and delivered by one of the local stores. Communication was very good letting me know in advance when the TV would be delivered. It came on the date advised.

Strider and Lamar are amazing. Strider is beyond extremely knowledgeable about all things Tech. He is also very friendly and personable. Strider previously helped my wife and I pick out a washer/dryer set. We couldn't be happier with them. He recently helped us pick out a TV and TV Stand. He flawlessly set up delivery and hook up for both. We are extremely happy with all of the above. Strider is my sales guy, period. Lamar is in the financing department. I enjoy talking to him. He is so personable as well as knowledgeable. He has passed down some financing tips to me that I appreciate so much. If I'm going to buy something, I check out Electronics Express in Chattanooga Tn. first, period! No exceptions! Talk to Strider and Lamar for all your house hold and entertainment needs. You can thank me later.

Why would I have to keep trying to schedule a delivery date when you basically already gave me a delivery date when I placed my order now I’m just waiting and waiting because yall wanna be lazy and not be on top of y’all’s game and I’m still waiting on my stuff to come it’s Jan. 26th I was supposed to receive my stuff on the 22nd.

Overall excellent experience...have purchased several items and each time has been a positive experience...always helpful
