Online Pickup is Slower than Shopping In-Store

I purchased a product online because I was in a hurry and just wanted to pick it up and go. I waited until I received the email notification that my order was ready for pickup, then went to the store. When I arrived no one greeted me, and when I told the employee at the counter that I was picking up an online purchase, they didn't know where to look. They had to find another employee who had to go find the product on the shelf first, then scan my ID. I would have been able to save more time walking in and finding the product on my own as a normal in-store purchase.

Arnie the manager

Had a vert bad experience with Arnie in clarksville tn.. with his bad salesmanship I will no longer shop at electronic express.. long story short I bought a new C5 LG it was defective brought it back the next day and Arnie completely lacked any kind of remorse. I asked him what could he do to make it right because I went through so much trouble with the tv he has sold me, at that moment his attitude changed and he became completely rude and unprofessional. He offered a 2 dollar discount in a very smart alec Manor. if he could not help with any kind of discount that's all he had to say instead we were faced with a very disgruntled employee.. I will not recommend like Electronic Express because of the attitude of management..

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry your original TV had a defect, as manufacturing issues can occasionally happen with any brand. That said, our team accepted the return immediately and provided a full refund so that you could choose whichever replacement option worked best for you.

We also offered to price match the Samsung model you were considering from another retailer and apply an additional discount that would have actually beaten their price, allowing you to take the TV home the same day instead of waiting for shipping. While we understand the inconvenience of making the drive, replacement products are sold at their current market pricing, and we did our best to provide a competitive offer while still taking care of the return.

Online purchase vs in store



Just happen to get the time and a handy man today the 2/25/2026 one week after I purchase this TV and when we open the box the TV was damaged a BIG CRACK on the top right hand corner of the TV and the store manager telling all type of stories that I will not be able to get a TV and that I will have to pay more money to get a TV delivered this is the worst place to buy anything my worst experience.

Delivery service

The prices are reasonable, but when I chose to purchase the dryer online, it stated that the item is in stock at the store. After completing the order, I received an email days later that the item had to come from a different location, which delayed scheduling delivery to my home. This was inconvenient because a week after purchase, still no one has called to schedule delivery.

Installation and after

The installation was fast, but no one showed me how to use it, and left in a hurry it seemed.

Later that day, I contacted the company to request that my washer dryer to be looked at because the washer was leaking. When I spoke with the company, the sales manager of that section was extremely rude and not helpful, makes me surprised he has the job due to the customer service skills. In addition to that, it’s been almost 10 days for my washer, that is leaking, has yet to be seen or scheduled
