Great service, great product, great price! I’m so glad I chose Electronic Express for our new washer and dryer. We originally purchased a cheaper set and were really unhappy with it. Within three days, Electronic Express had our brand-new Samsung washer and dryer delivered free of charge, and they even took the less expensive set back to the store with no hassle.

The whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. Amazing customer service and even better products. We’ll definitely be shopping here again!

First, I tried to order a laptop online but your site didn't work. Then I called the number on the website and waited on hold for five different people until someone took my order. The next day I went to the store to pick up the laptop and the employee said he couldn't give me a laptop because he hadn't received an email to do it. Even though I had the email confirming my transaction, he wasn't interested in finding out what the delay was and I would have to come back the next day. Well, the email didn't come the next day either. Several days later I received an email that my order was cancelled because the payment wouldn't go through. I checked with my cc company and they said they had never attempted to process a payment for Electronic Express. Now the tax free weekend is over and I will not be purchasing anymore products from Electronic Express.

Once I told them I was here for a mouse pad they had no interest to help (guess they thought I wasn't worth their time). I bought my computer there a year before so it was not like I didn't already spend alot.
