Its a fraudulent website their phone number is deactivated, they don’t get back to you when you email them the location of the website is a random street in england. I rushed to purchase without checking reviews thinking id miss out on buying it. Apple pay and Stripe both will tell you theirs nothing they can do and to dispute with your bank. I have to wait 14 days in order for the claim to hold its ground in case the the non existence item shows up.

They took money that my son had saved for purchasing a PlayStation 5 for his birthday and it never arrived. They do not answer calls or respond to emails.

Like these reviews its a shame my sons first job and he was so excited to purchase ps5 been over 15days now, cant seem to find a contact number that works and won't respond to the emails. No feedback what so ever. Looks like we've been a victim of a scam which has never happened to us before. Wish I saw these reviews before. Gonna contact my bank on Monday and contact the fraudulent team. This place needs to shut down, so I will be looking into who to contact to alert of these scam websites.

Sadly like others I got caught out by this company, ordered a PS5 for my son’s birthday, it didn’t arrive and company completely ignores any communication, now having to involve my bank in the hope they can refund me my money, they are also looking further into this company for any possible fraud.

I like many got scammed by this company. I purchased a PS5 for my son and surprise surprise, nothing has come and after giving all the details to the customer service rep via chat they then refused to respond. This company need to be dealt with, how are they still able to operate with the same details?

This website is a scam and so are many others like it, they look like they are putting up fake websites for a few days, taking peoples money for products that will never be delivered and then closing the site again

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got scammed a PS5 for my daughters birthday even paid the extra £30 to be delivered within 5-7 days. They are nothing but disrespectful little worms who take money off people and it’s so spiteful especially to children! I am going through the bank for fraud and they are going to investigate now. Please please stay away from this site it’s all fake.

UPDATE: No refund or item after 14 days.

Placed an order for a PS5 and payment was taken from bank with a payment name of www audiogon com. Spoken to these guys who are in the US and nothing to do with this website but the UK website are using there payment methods etc

Raised a case with National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) for investigation

Received a email with my order number then when I questioned them via online chat about the difference in payment details etc was told everything was ok and that my order was despatched and received a email saying order complete not shipped as usual. They couldn't provide a tracking number etc. Have asked for a refund but also discussing with Bank etc
