They took the money (Dec 20, 2024) and did nothing for nearly two months. They eventually responded to my emails and asked for another payment (Feb 8, 2025). It took another couple of weeks for them to agree that I had already paid them, and they are now asking me to send them my information, which they already have. At this point, I am not comfortable sending my information to this company, if they are a company at all.

I don't think they could have done this any easier than it already has. Pretty much what I expected but still impressed by the automated process and how I was treated by their team. Thank you.

You can probably do it on your own if you have days to spare.. I didn't, so I went with their offer and they took care of it. Whenever I have even the slightest option to avoid dealing with state agencies, I use it, because the headache just isn't worth it.

The support was there to hold my hand, but I wish the instructions were more clear so I wouldn't need any assistance. Perhaps it is for others, I did it for the first time.. took me about 15 minutes to go through.

My life is so much easier thanks to services such as this. The process is laid out well and you always know at what step they currently are or what they are doing.

They identified the issues with my first submission and why my own application was rejected, fixed what was needed and did another run. I got what I was looking for and I am happy that I chose this company!

I initially gave this a 1-star review and called it a "well-crafted scam." I am not alone in this (you can check other reviews on this website plus views on facebook as well). Someone did eventually complete the form for me and email me a copy, asking me for a signature (which would be necessary anyway). Needless to say, I did not send it back, because I had already filed the form on my own. I would also strongly discourage sharing your personal information with this business.

Here are my reasons for still believing this is a scam: (1) to the best of my knowledge, there is no way to file this form online (as they claim they do; nothing on the IRS website suggests this is possible anywhere). (2) Their website claims they are an approved to e-file with the IRS, but the IRS does not include them on this list (you can Google IRS approved e-file providers, then use the IRS website to check the full list; they aren't on it); (3) they list one address on their website (4800 W 34th St, Houston, TX: look it up on google maps - it's a vacant building), but in their emails to me, they gave another (1708 Spring Green Blvd, Ste 120-368, Katy, TX 77494; I have not been able to find them there yet either); (3) their "credentials" on their website are frequently made up, and after looking for reviews on those organizations' websites, I found that they either did not exist or that their was no mention of ElectSCorp on their sites whatsoever. This organization substantially falsifies a lot of their information - and with a bonus, they will have lots of your business and personal information!

I cannot overstate how disappointed I am in myself for trusting this company, and I don't want you to make the same mistake. Now I'm having to place alerts, reports, etc., just to make sure my identity doesn't get stolen.

If you have been through the process of getting your company taxed as an S corporation, you'd know how meticulously you need to follow the procedures and what that entails. This is exactly why I am outsourcing this work to companies such as this here, and trust me, they have done an outstanding job. Never has any of my entity been denied of this.

They dealt with the IRS and it went much faster than one could imagine. It was a matter of a day or two and things were sorted. I was notified via email and no extra inputs were necessary.

Their team gave me some advice before I proceeded with the service, and I was confident that they can get it done, and they did! No more than 48 hours from contacting them to finalizing the paperwork.

Everything happened within the very same day.. a couple of questions, nothing more. No hidden fees whatsoever, clear and straightforward process.

Dealing with any of the State Agencies is not I'd recommend to anyone. Too much bureaucracy and hassle - Services as this take the heavy lifting on themselves and they did good. Will be using them again.

Smooth process. These guys are true pros in this, obviously been years in the game as our application was approved within just a couple of days.

The questions were short and straightforward, filling the form was pretty easy. All the paperwork was done the very next day and it was generally an effortless experience.

Did what we needed in a timely fashion and for a reasonable fee. Glad I didn't need to go through the entire process myself, this company can be trusted for sure.

The fees are fair, for me at least, as they saved me all the hassle with the government. I actually did my first application myself years ago, this is why I wanted someone else to do this for me... the hassle ain't worth it.

Absolute experts in what they do! All our questions got swift answers and responses, no information lag or holding anything up.. no hiccups or hidden fees. We went through with this quicker than we had thought and I am very happy that we chose this company for our business!
