No real customer support. I knew that I made a mistake by ordering this product 3 hours after I placed the order. They never replied to my cancelation requests although the order was still in pending.
When the package arrived a month later, inside was exactly what Walmart or Temu sell for $7, I paid $30.
The only positive thing: I have learned Not to fall for spam advertisements.

HIgh priced slow deilvery
I wasn' thrilled to learn the item had to be shipped from Italy. I have received orders from China much faster and it turns the item was made in China! Ihould have ordered it from......China!
The part does not attach to every surface as shown in the advertisement and now I have 2 more mounts that are not any more useful to me that the others that have the same mouting problems.
The magnet is far to weak to hold my phone steady and it frequently falls off the mount bounces off theconsole andends up under my feet while still driving. Not good!
The piviots are hard to adjust but I understand why. BUt the arm feels like it will break every times I try to adjust them.
Overall I think you have clever advertising to sell an inferior product at a premium price. I won't be recommending the product or your company to anyone I know and I am retiring the items before my phone falls of and then I need a new phone.

Love the products
Love the products. Hate that it was advertised with the illusion of a USA product and quick shipping when in fact it was not a quick ship(6weeks), and not a USA product. But then most items advertised on facebook are Chinese, Netherlands, Spain or France shipping.
