I bought a Saturn 4 16k Ultra last sept. Had to replace the resin tray twice during this time due to the brass pins breaking, then two weeks out of warranty the Z axis broke so the printer is no longer working. I contacted customer service and they were good enough to send me what they believed would fix it, which was a mainboard but I am not going to try and replace this, it's not a an easy job and I don't believe the problem lies with the mainboard. A £600 printer should not break after 1 year of modest use, I am very disappointed by this experience and would never buy another Elegoo product again.

After doing some research I see this is a common issue with these printers, so obviously a very bad design.

My experience with Elegoo has been terrible thus far. I ordered a printer from Elegoo and paid for UPS shipping. The printer was sent via USPS and took forever to receive which is already bad enough however, upon receiving the package I discovered that they sent me the wrong printer; one of lesser value. I filed numerous customer support tickets only to be met with automated replies stating that Elegoo is on holiday. Over the coarse of this ordeal, I have received 3 different holiday emails, almost as if these people barely work at all. Finally getting in touch with a human, they are still working on getting me what I paid for. Responses have been few and late replies have been expected. It's been 2 months now. They have acknowledged the error, and have offered me a replacement and one free bottle of resin....I sent them a copy of the shipping and tracking number for the returned printer, and have yet to receive anything in regards to when my new printer will be shipped. This has been a terrible experience and I will never do business with these people again and I would suggest if you are looking for a printer, you source that from another company.

Poor quality control. Three out of four machines failed within two weeks of basic use (only using one filament type Elegoo branded). Support requests you to break warranty rules to troubleshoot. Unrecoverable errors experienced. Fourth machine has recovered from the error and is currently functioning. Unfortunare, since the machines are great when they work. UPDATE: Unrecoverable errors 801 and 803. Support aka you to open the machine which would void warranty.

Having placed 2 separate orders, ive had issues with both and customer service has been variable depending who you speak to.

The camera on the printer stopped working within a month.

When adding variety bundles, these change from the product page to the basket. Supports response is that this is not their issue and the customer is responsible and will need to pay return shipping and restocking fee’s.

They send vouchers to use their own store that can’t be used in combination with any other offer or sale which they’re constantly having. Buy via a authorised seller to avoid issues

Constantly send me $10 discount codes but will not allow me to use them on any orders. I purchase over $150 and always refused discount code usage!

Top-notch customer support. I made a 3 star review for their vacuum bags because half of them leaked. Customer support reached out to me and offered me a partial refund for the trouble. Absolutely amazing (which is sad, because this should really be the standard).

Got a CANVAS and it basically broke my printer. Followed the instructions and did 1 single filament print. Not any time I try to print at all I get an error message that the printer is jammed despite filament actively extruding from the extruder. Messaged customer service a detailed explain action and they're having me redo everything I already told them I tried. Very disappointing and I can't recommend the CANVAS because it either works fine or can brick you machine...

The elegoo ai did not fully help me but helped me unclog my elegoo neptune 3 hotend.

The item was accepted for returns as there were some some part missing, Ken helped with the process and immidiately sent back to the shipper, I could not edit my previous review, hence submitted another review

i love the filament. does great with lighting effects delivery is fast. one of my fav places to buy filament to feed my printers.

Elegoo centauri carbon canvas is just junk, customer service sent me some new parts because of Error 103 but i cannot be bothered to have to fit them! Also did not know their own app is not compatible with this printer and even my Linux pc won't work with it properly either! 2 weeks of 3d printing struggles its going in the Canal where it belongs! Too much hassle to return it as i didn't buy it from Elegoo! I thought 2d printing would be a fun easy hobby? Elegoo has ruined ny experience and i have now lost interest! 🙄

I got a hold of customer service and gave them the error number which narrowed the problem. They had the way to fix it thru wiki, which stepped me thru the repairs to troubleshoot and repair. I had it up and running in 30 minutes. All equipment will break, it how to fix or get it fixed. They seem to have that taken care. And you can't beat there price, parts availability, and product support.
China made, but supported in America.

Elegoo's AI assistant is amazing and helped me fix my stringing issue on my .2mm head with PETG-Pro. My only complaint is the lack of official Elegoo testing and standards for weird scenarios to help their fans and customers. Great company so far I just wish they sold the nozzle wrenches and nozzle cleaners for the centauri carbon printers.
I nocked them down to 3 stars because of how unreliable the Canvas muilti color upgrade is and how it has made my printer not work and contuinulusly failing prints due to the Canvas.

The 'Live Chat' on the site was able to answer my questions from replacement parts for my printers to some general maintenance, way more than I expected from what usually is just a sales person or bot. Good! Also, anything Ive purchased has always shown up within a day or two!

I ordered a Centauri 2 multicolor printer and the image I seen after purchasing didn't look like the right printer so I cancelled it. I ended up getting a upgraded version and they made the cancellation effortless..thanks elegoo. Can't wait to try this out I'm more excited then the pointer sisters. (Ifykyk)
