Shocking communication and long shipping
My item only arrived four weeks after I ordered it ,after multiple queries to customer care, which only resulted in automatic responses saying it would be shipped soon and id get a shipping email which I never did. I gave up and assumed I'd ordered from a scam site, when it eventually arrived out of the blue. Do you even have anyone working in customer care?
