I played at the London store last night. It's currently free to book tables which is fantastic. THe terrain is well painted and immersive. The staff were friendly, engaged and knowledgable. The minature, paint and accessorires stock is probably the best in London. Highly recommended.

All products that I wanted were available & at a great price. Items dispatched rapidly & received safely (ordered 7am on Monday & arrived on Tuesday). Excellent Service.

Pre-ordered a limited stock item, paid and email confirmation. 5 days later (5 WORKING days might I add) received an email advising oopsie we made a fuckie Wookie and oversold stock they didn't have. 5 days... Making the likelihood of being able to source the limited box elsewhere impossible so cheers

I brought a £200 compressor In February, Compressor had issues holding PSI over 40 without large pressure swings. Joe from element games believed there was nothing wrong with the compressor. I Then contacted the manufacturer who agreed there may be an issue with the regulator. I then contacted element games who then agreed to take the compressor off me and "inspect" it. I paid the postage to return it. They tell me they have replaced the regulator (I have no way to confirm this). I test it again and it still has PSI pressure swings above 38 PSI. I provide video evidence of this multiple times, Jumping through the hoops of Joe at element. Waiting patiently for a response each time.

I sumbit this new evidence to Joe from element and he tells me "As seen in both the video provided by myself and the video sent just now by you, there seems to be no issues with the compressor, it was able to maintain it's pressure at what it was set to. It is also worth noting it is normal to have slight drops in pressure while spraying before refilling back to it's set pressure." completely disregarding my video evidence or the fact it may have been damaged again.

I am now left with a £200 compressor that doesnt spray at higher PSI that Element refuses to replace or refund. They refuse to acknowledge there is even a problem now

In Joe from elements own words he "will now consider this matter resolved"

It was clear from the very first email this guy wasn't actually interested in solving the Issue. From the 3rd email this guy said "I am happy to confirm that it appears as though your compressor is working as intended" So it was basically my word against his and I lost.

Element don't care about you as a customer, they dont care as long as they take your money.

I will be leaving this negative review and every at my 2 local mini stores now know of the terrible experiance of buying from element games, They have already started buying from competitors.

As you can see from the response on this website from Joe. They have just brushed me off. HE believes that there is no evidence in the videos I have shown them. Even though I and others who air brush believe this compressor is faulty. It has become my word vs Joe from element games and he has all the power so he does nothing to help a loyal customer. I lost element got my money when they didn't deserve it. I will refuse to buy from element again and I know others I have spoke to will do the same. Joe cost element hundreds in sales over the years just because he didnt want to climb down from his high horse and refund a broken air compressor.

This is the most convenient place to have a 40K game in central London. It's really nice to have a hobby space where you can buy models and paint and play. What this store doesn't stock, you won't need. I've never seen so many boxes of models in my life. There is 40K, AoS, LotR, Star Wars, paints from every maker, as well as hobby supplies.

Working in central London it is super appreciated to be able to book a table to be able to play on opposed to going to the fringes of the city to play. It helps keep me in the hobby and is a great excuse to then buy a model I realise my army is missing!

the staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They are always willing to give help and advice for the hobby side of things as well as talk about the week's modelling news.

Can not recommend this place enough for any model enthusiast!
