I can see that your order was just waiting for us to receive a restock of the Ork Flash Gitz. While we did originally expect to receive a restock of this item on 16/04/2026, our supplier was unable to meet this date due to slight delays in their production system.
We have been following up on this matter with our supplier and had since been given an amended, estimated restock date of 01/05/2026, although as this is an estimate it could be subject to further change.
I appreciate this delay may have been longer than originally expected, for which I apologise.
As requested, we have cancelled your order for you now and processed a refund back to your original payment method. This refund can take up to 3 working days to show in your account.

Wrong items shipped. Customer service very swift and keen to rectify issue, although disappointingly it ended in a refund rather than provision of the right item. Apparently this was a manufacturer issue rather than the vendors as they placed the wrong item in packaging marked correctly but containing wrong parts.
