I PURCHASED DIDNT LIKE THE LIGHTS SENT LIGHTS BACK HAD TO PAY TO SEND BACK SENT THEM TRACKING NUMBER SPENT OVER $180 BERN 3 WEEKS NO REFUND NO RESPONE NOTHING THIS IS HORRIBLE

I had an issue with a piece of my hardware used to connect the phone holder to the light. It was twisted so tight together, it seemed as if it wasn’t the right piece for my stand. I contacted Sarah via the customer service email and she worked through the process. Great customer service.

I never heard about this brand until I search for a ring light for my zoom conference. Sarah helps me choose what I need. She’s the best representative that you could ever find. She added some foodies for me and made my Birthday extra special. Thank you for your patience to me, you’ve waited a day until I placed my order. As a first timer user of this ring light. I can’t wait to have the product and leave a review.

I’ve bought from element lights a few times this year. I continue to but from them because there’s a lot of things that makes element lights different from other companies. They have always been so helpful, no matter what situation arises. I would never buy grim another company again after dealing with element lights. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to take their lighting to the next level! Also, I found out that they started offering lifetime warranty. This is huge and I’ll never have to worry about replacing equipment when it breaks. Thank you guys so much!

I purchased from this company and got the 10”ring light first and absolutely love it. I use it for everything including makeup, makeup tutorial lives, photography, extra lighting when live broadcasting even from a distance. I let my friend borrow it whose an esthetician and she loved it and purchased one as well. I also made sure to the desk light system with the phone tripod just the other day because I am a true fan of this company’s products. The color options within the lights are gorgeous ad you will be sure to find the perfect lighting with your project(s) with a purchase from this company. Fast shipping, did I mention they come with a warranty???? I love added protection from companies such as this one that lets me know that they stand behind their own product and your satisfaction with it! You can’t go wrong with a purchase from them!!!

I love my Led ring lights!!! They are awesome I have two myself and they make my videos look 10x better. The desk ring light also helps me with my streams!!! Love love love it!!!
