Took 3 days to upgrade and now this! Nothing put problems
Last week it took 3 days to upgrade from Essential to Advanced. They still never figured it out, they rigged something up with a different url for me to pay directly. Thinking every thing was finally fine. I went in yesterday (6/7) to start creating the website. Nope. Elementor won't load in safe mode or otherwise. Something with the Hello+ and Hello Theme. I just sent them an email today. If it took them 3day to rig me and upgrade, how long will it take them to fix an actual real technical issue. All the while, my clients website isn't getting built. Wow. just Wow. Why does Elementor have 4+ stars on Trust Pilot? Why? I don't get it.

I was automatically billed for 2024 and 2025 for a service I never intentionally signed up for and never used. Elementor’s own backend logs show absolute zero utilization—no sites built, no logins, no data used. Support acknowledged the zero usage but is hiding behind a 30-day boilerplate policy to keep money for services they know were never rendered. Terrible business ethics

I was contacted by Oscar to renew my service. Because I am no longer using my website I didn't need to renew. I cannot express how pleasantly
surprised I was by his response when I mentioned I will need to cancel my service. Well, he canceled it for me!! In most cases, we are given the runaround
or a link to do it ourselves, a task that almost feels impossible. I was so appreciative of his genuine customer service, literally bringing back the "good old days" where people's business truly mattered. I told him while I may not have need of their service now, I will certainly remember their business just because of this experience.

The tool really SUCKS. A lot of bugs even after updates on a weekly basis. They keep introducing new features (bugs to be honest), and never focus on fixing the older bugs. Its so unexpected that ANYTHING can happen anytime. Working fine, make a change and everything disappears from the site. PATHETIC!!

I was a paying Elementor One Agency customer and spent a significant amount with them. One renewal failed because of a card issue — my fault, no argument. But here's what every potential customer should know before they commit:
The moment that payment lapsed, 700,000+ AI credits I'd accumulated over months — credits I paid for — were deleted instantly. Not paused. Gone. Billing's position: accumulated credits are forfeited on expiration, no exceptions.
Worse, that same month, two of my sites went down from Elementor's own Pro widget manager while my subscription was paid and current — roughly four days of downtime. The "priority support" I paid for as part of the agency plan? Unreachable — being late on one payment locked me out of tickets and chat entirely, exactly when I needed help most.
If you run client sites, understand the risk: one missed payment can erase assets you've paid for and cut off your support in the same stroke. I've since moved my sites off Elementor. Going in eyes-open is the least I can do for the next person.
