I recently purchased a replacement element for my Neff oven at a very good price, quick delivery, a great and trusted company to buy from

Searched the internet for a grill element for our 25year old + Belling Farmhouse 930 oven that is obsolete on most sites, and with ' Element Replacement ' sure enough it's listed, ordered and delivered in just two days and now fitted,( and I thought Amazon were good !) it is an exact replacement, spot on.

Great service. I emailed the team regarding my order and the chance of my oven element being delivered before Xmas day.
They posted it 24 hour delivery, and I got it then next day.

Tom was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful and patient with me.

I can't recommend Element Replacement highly enough.

Replacement Main oven element ordered Friday 10:15 am and delivered Saturday around 2pm. Fitted in 1 hour and working perfectly. Sunday roast looking good.
NB ; Lamona 4601 unit which needs to be removed from its housing and the back removed to access securing screws and terminals.

My replacement element blew up 6 weeks outside their guarantee period. They were not interested at all in discussing or replacing it.
When I mentioned the Sale of Goods Act which states that goods must last a reasonable amount of time, which can be up to six years from the date of purchase the person replied 'that's rubbish'
I explained the company that fitted it said he would expect it to last a minimum of 5 years at least, and he suggested calling the place I bought it from as they are almost likely to be reasonable and replace it.
I called and a woman answered the phone, she was very argumentative so I asked to speak with the compnies house Director Tom Blakeborough, and she said she was Carol Blakeborough the owner and basically told me that's b*llocks what the fitter said as is the sale of goods act, and she has no intention of doing anything, I get a year and that's it, then proceeded to tell me what a
wonderful family business it is with many happy customers and how long they have been in business.
If this is how they deal with their customers they won't be in business for much longer.
I told her my social media platforms have + 200,000 followers and I will happily post my experience on them, she put the phone down.
I cannot strongly advise that you DO NOT PURCHASE ANY REPLACEMENT ELEMENT from this mick mouse outfit.
I am a disabled O.A.P and I have to pay for a replacement to be fitted, so at the very least they could have replaced the one I purchased from them bearing in mind it was no longer than 6 weeks maximum outside of their guarantee.
Customer service is obviously not their strong point, so GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH.

Placed my order by phone and live in a 20 mile radius
Sales advisor very helpful and permitted me to collect the new element as it was urgent and was in stock.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company for its good service

Did exactly what it said on the tin. I ordered the correct part. It arrived in 24hrs. The oven is fixed.

I recently bought a grill element for £43.94 from this company ,only to discover that the same item was available from another supplier for £16.99. That is some difference. My advice- before buying anything from this company, check the price elsewhere.

No problems at all. Found the photo with dimensions and connections useful as I has already removed the fault element myself. When it arrived, was a really quick swap over as part was exactly as described. Thank you

What great customer service! I received a replacement fan and on arrival I found it was damaged! (Damaged in the post) No quibble dispatched a replacement the same day.

BEWARE - AVOID!! I LOST MONEY.... I entered my oven model number on their website and it told me "this element fits the model"
HOWEVER IT DID NOT!! IT COST ME £7.73 IN POSTAGE -
Not only that TWO engineer call out charges one to remove the faulty element and tell me they had sent the wrong one and 2nd to replace with GENUINE Smeg part. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a part that didn’t fit my oven (wrong connections) and advised by electrician not to use. Their website recommended says this product fitted my oven, but they have a get out clause in the small print, so they are not liable for this (Be careful).
After the recommendation by the electrician, this company didn’t understand the electricians concerns!

After sending this back, they emailed to say it had been heated up and modified (firstly how can you modify a heating element and secondly, I did not heat this up as recommended)
So if it had been, this has been heated up before it was sent to me!
So they now have a product that I returned and paid for, so I question was this a return that someone else had already sent back and then sent out to me. I hope this doesn’t get sent to another customer. How many people are they doing this to?!

I now have to go through the small claims court to get my money back, but will be good money spent, showing companies like this, they cannot keep doing this to customers.
So my advice is stay away from this company and use a reputable one.

First class service... I purchased a heat element for my oven in April 2021 this malfunctioned in October 2021. I called the company with the intention of purchasing a replacement however the very helpful man told me the item was under guarantee and there was no payment required.
Because I live in close proximity to the business the company delivered the item later that same day. Ever better, when the element was delivered I was given some tips on how to reduce the risk of the same problem arising again. All in all an excellent service and would definitely use this company again if needed.

It was easy to find what I needed using the model number on my product. The prices were better then elsewhere and it arrived in just a few days (in perfect condition!)

A real find. Good clear website with dimensions, something other companies should bear in mind.
Grill element was exactly what was required.

Great response and great service. 48 hours from ordering to arrival.
Same part ordered from espares. 12 days on and nothing.

I know who will be receiving my money from now on !
