AVOID!!!

Received my order but was no longer required, the item has not even been opened and they are requesting a 30% restock fee plus £20.00 collection!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! Check the T&C's before ordering although it does not clearly state they will take x amount from the order!!!

Wrong suggestion after saying it would 100% fix

Rang to discuss an issue with underfloor heating. Was told by Will that if I bought an item this would 100% work to fix my issue, I confirmed this with him and he said 100%. Paid nearly £100 for the item, £100 for an electrician to come out for him to tell me it’s not the thing I needed. So now £200 down. Now have the buy the part I actually need for another £100+ and pay £100 again for the electrician to come out again to fit it. Really disappointing and a waste of money after trusting their word
