Its a scam! Be careful & dont order from them!
Never received the order I made from July so I emailed them about it. Keep on receiving the same autonomic response that there's a problem with their bank so the refund will take "longer" blah blah. This is definitely a fraud and I will definitely contact Olaf about this. Its a scam! Dont ever order from them!

It is a scamm Be careful
It is a scamm. Don’t buy anything. I placed an order for 95 euros approximately (3 pairs of sandals) at the beginning of July and still nothing . It is not possible to check the shipment and the items were not delivered. I sent e-mails requesting the reimbursement of my money which were never replied . It is a fraud and I will file a complaint to Olaf .

Eleonaz Company is a scammer. Don't buy anything from this company!
I can write really fairly that Elenoza is a scammer.
An order placed end of May has never been delivered (but of course my payment went through). I asked their 'customer online service' news about my order. After too many emails from me and very few (always vague) answers from them, I unfortunately need to consider that I won't get my order nor any reimbursement. I'm in the process to report them to the OLAF.
