The postage is extremely expensive even when you buy expensive items from them where other websites offer you free shipping for example over €200. Shipping is not even express. Im waiting more than a week still not received

I can see we already answered you on some points via email. Checking again the progress of your shipment I see delivery was to Ireland, normally takes 3-4 days, but it took more because of a carrier delay. On this we have unfortunately not much control.

This was the worst experience of my life. I bought a bag from them through Farfetch, and it tore after 10 days. I tried to return it or get money for the repair. However, they conducted an assessment in which they wrote that the tearing was natural wear and tear, even though the bag was worn only about 7 times.
