Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them, you will never receive your item nor get reimburse eventhough they tell you they will.
They find excuses but you never gonna see your money from an item you will never have in your hands.

They try to buy time and take no responsibility about how your 623e items is sent.

NEVER TRUST THEM. They answer politely but keep your money. -They are thieves.

We rarely experience cases of lost parcels and never had a case where the parcel was stolen after having been dropped off at a carrier point.

Good sale and discounts with free…

Good sale and discounts with free shipping made this purchase a good deal. Also very pleased that my size was available and impressed with very secure packaging on shipment. Received items in a timely manner.

Excellent experience

I had excellent experience with this store.
Did an order to Canada. They sent parcel via DHL (which is the best delivery company) + free delivery if you buy above 200 Euros.
I found sneakers in their store with very very good price on sale.

I recently lost my sunglasses in the sea, and I was unable to find the same model anywhere. However, I came across "Eleonora Bonucci" Shop and was thrilled to discover that they had the exact same model available. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I found a pair of sold which were sold out at every other shop I visited- both online and in/store.
Eleonora Bonucci had stock, and within less than a week they arrived from Italy to Australia! The shoes have not left my feet ever since 🙌🏻 Thanks so much, would definitely buy from you again💕

Had an item delivered by there courier…

Had an item delivered by their courier over 3 weeks ago and they left it on my doorstep without my permission . On returning home from work later that day it had gone. I emailed them that night and they replied stating that shouldn’t have happened. This was the last I’ve heard from them , I have emailed them 4 times since and not had a reply . Currently, I am €514.88 down with no idea as to if I will get a reply/refund etc. Absolutely terrible customer service and I have no idea how to move forward with this.

I am having to reply on here as you don’t answer the emails I have sent since my reply. All my emails reference my order number .
What else can I do???

I replied to your email stating that the parcel wasn’t taken in by a neighbour.
I don’t have a video doorbell and even if I had one it would only show somebody taking a parcel from my doorstep.
I don’t know what else I can do or stay.

Superb service

Superb service. I ordered my items to u.k and arrived within 2 days. Great prices and would highly recommend, just leave some deals for me when I return to grab some more bargains.

No return label in the parcel

No return label in the parcel, no possibility for telephonic contact, very late response to repeated e-mails, no confirmation of return parcel being under way, no refund (yet).
If you give a customer such a bad experience from the very beginning, they won't return to your shop...

Has now been 6 weeks since I made…

Has now been 6 weeks since I made initial order. Over 2 weeks now I have waited for a reply. Not one single person has helped process this order. Now some of the items I had ordered are now out of stock. Also some items are now dearer. I'm absolutely disgusted in the lack of customer service. Never had this problem before with any other company, ever.The company is now saying they have tried to solve the problem and I've to contact them anytime.I HAVE EMAILED THEM TWICE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING.I HAVE EXPLAINED THE ISSUE OVER AND OVER AGAIN.WHEN I GET TO CONFIRMATION SCREEN MY WHOLE BASKET OF ITEMS EMPTIES,THEREFORE ALL THAT IS LEFT IS DELIVERY CHARGE.I HAVE TRIED TO ORDER ROUGHLY FIFTEEN TIMES NOW.I UNDERSTAND ITS AN ITALIAN COMPANY BUT IF THEY CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH THEN I AM FIGHTING A LOSING BATTLEITS ALSO REALLY STRANGE HOW THEY MANAGED TO REPLY TO MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.TWO WEEKS IVE BEEN WAITING FROM A REPLY.I HAVE ASKED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO PROCESS THE ORDER BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING.I HONESTLY CANT BELIEVE ONE OF THEIR STAFF COMES ON HERE AND TRIES TO PAINT THE PICTURE THAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO HELP.I DONT THINK I WOULD BE HERE SIX WEEKS LATER WRITING REVIEWS IF I DID RECEIVE ASSISTANCE.I HAVE WASTED SIX WEEKS AT LEAST,TRYING TO MAKE AN ORDER.ALSO,SOMEONE DID UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM AS THEY CLAIMED THE IT DEPARTMENT HAD SOLVED THE ISSUE (WHICH WAS FALSE) AS I TRIED TO ORDER NUMEROUS TIMES AND KEPT HAVING THE SAME ISSUE.ALL IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN WAS FOR SOMEBODY TO PROCESS IT ON THEIR SIDE,WHICH I ASKED THEM TO DO ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE REPLYING WITH MORE LIES.IM ABDOLUTELY APPALLED.IF YOU STAY IN THE UK,PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.ITS JUST A WASTE OF EVERYBODYS TIME.IF YOU ARE GOING TO REPLY,PLEASE DO ME THE COURTESY OF BEING HONEST AND ACTUALLY HELP FIX THE ISSUE
