Very easy to order exactly what you want but If when you receive it you aren't 100% satisfied returns are easy. I've ordered several times and have been happy with every order I received.

I ordered a picture online and it shipped right away. I like the way they kept me updated, via emails, on the shipping and timeline for receipt of my picture. The picture was perfectly packaged and came undamaged. I love it!

Horrible shipping tracking and not being honest about the order's location. For a week, I have been trying to obtain a tracking number from customer service. They tell me it is being shipped, on the way, and they provide you with a tracking number without the carrier name. Why don't they give the name? Because it is not ready at the shipper, and it has not been shipped or is not even ready—item received from Amazon with their label.

This wasn’t canvas as expected. The material was more like a printed sheet texture. Kept anyway since I opened and unrolled it out, but was disappointed.

So here’s my experience…service was very good. Received texts every step of the way which was awesome. When I received the art, I didn’t realize it wasn’t canvas. It’s more like a digital printed art on a polyester sort of material. At first it looked cheap. When does putting it together, (which was super simple) it looked a lot better. I still love the look. I do wish it was hand painted. Still recommend this site but just make sure you know what you want and are looking for.

Even with the 60 percent off, and another 30 percent off of the 60 percent, the quality of the 3 large canvas pictures I got are still not worth it. I basically paid 800 dollars for all 3 and I would not do business with them again. The customer service is outstanding, I could have returned them all for a refund, I just choose not to because it is a hassle to pack it all up and send them back and my time is worth more than the hassle. The quality of the frames is what you expect from cheap framed posters.
