The framing from Elephant Stock IS thicker & wider than prints from other companies, it makes Elephant stock prints stand out to others on the wall!

I placed an order well within the window for Christmas delivery. Two weeks later, the project still had not been put into production. Frequent email requests about the artwork produced nothing more than an AI response telling me about the length of time different parts of the process take. It’s Christmas Eve, no art, no notifications, no communication. They for sure took my money in a hurry. I wonder how long a refund will take?

Customer service can’t answer anything! Lots of AI generated’gee, sorry!’ Replies to my email complaint. No concrete answers. This is a pretty simple print on canvas- and there are hundreds of other vendors. Don’t waste your time with this one.

I ordered from 2 different companies; Elephant Stock was not only great to work with, but the framed photo was beautiful. And the idea of using a dab of toothpaste when hanging was ingenious.

Probably fine unless your picture has a thin border. Then you notice that they cannot center it.

ETA: their nicely worded emails don't change the fact that the picture is off center

Not trust worthy.
complete thieves.. Took my money up front 3 months ago and will not fix all the errors on any of my prints that they made ! I'm thirteen phone calls later and about fifteen emails and still no resolution.

Art looked amazing but there was a dent on the side of the frame due to shipping. I spoke to Cynthia and the whole piece was replaced at no additional cost. Great company with great product!

Artwork arrived in good shape and looks beautiful. Recommend that templates for wall hanging be included for multi-panel canvas pieces. With that said, the toothpaste trick worked well to get the panels to line up correctly. Very pleased with product and service in this, our second order. More orders in the future!
