I have had a P3000 for about five years. I recommend the brand. It was good value. It has been trouble-free. I bought it from one of the Chinese online sellers -- not direct from Elephone. The information provided with the product is below standard -- there is no proper user manual. It is 4G, which was advanced at the time. It takes 2 SIMs at the same time. It was unlocked. It will operate all over the world out of the box. It has Android 4.4.2 and cannot be upgraded, which is annoying. Everything still works. I use Tesco mobile with no problems.

Totaly "Made in China from trash".
There were insects under the packaging (film).
Large amount of swollen batteries.
After same time will upload video on YuoTube.

bought a e10, 100x better than my samsung s9, only 30 apps running on it compaired to over 400 on the s9, cant find a single fault as of yet, it has a standard rom on , not full of bloatware like most uk phones get.
all these folk moaning need to shut up id say slating a company in hongkong not china....

Avoid avoid avoid, Really bad as no updates, If they do reply then its a standard. Wait wait wait must be the company slogan. Ordered early April.

Ordered a phone (Great price I thought) at end of March. Two to three weeks max delivery time,
May 28th - 60 days later - No updates, shown as only despatched on 20th May

Email then. Told to wait
Emailed to cancel as outside delivery - Told to wait
Ask for refund - not possible, have to wait.
June 5th - still no phone!!! No response or tracking. Guess what, still told to wait. 9 weeks and counting.
Cancelled payment with my credit card as further reviews show that if the phone is faulty and fails, they won't accept it back. Useless way to deal with customers. Wish I hadnt bothered. Hard work and topped with rubbish service.

I love Elephone P8mini, the camera is good and the beauty selfie is really amazing. Thinking to buy one PX, that color is stunning. My P8mini is black :-)

Ordered a U2 elephone from aliexpress and they made me wait 2 months+ and sneakily cancelled the order without informing me and hope that if i forget about it within 12 days i couldn't open a dispute.

Opened a dispute and got a refund.

One of the most trustable Chinese brand after Huawei, Xiaomi and Oppo. I've been using Elephone U Pro for one year now. Looking forward to get U2 or some upcoming punch hole device. Still satisfied with the device. U Pro is like my instant partner. 😊♥️

Scam after scam, I paid for a phone and never got it and its been 4 months now.

Having had a number of Chinese mobile phones, all with problems or shortcomings I started to look for a better phone and despite some negative reviews (not sure why) I found what I think is a fantastic low cost one the Elephone A4, the reviews give negative comment on speed and reaction times and other than built in delay in android 8.1 initially starting an app this phone out performs anything I have owned before (even an early iphone) I have had a few Androids but I have to have a dual SIM phone as I have 2 phone accounts and the A4 works really well and every app I have added works seamlessly and seems faster than anything I have used before great design and superb functionality I would have no concern recommending this model. for me more power to Elephone who even answered a simple tech issue via Facebook on their Saturday after 6 pm evening time what a service.

Don't buy Elephone phones period! no ROM support after purchase, trust me. Poor customer service and buggy phones. I have the Elephone S8 which never received any further ROM updates since October 2017 even after customers have been asking about it they kept saying 'soon'. I suggest stay away mate! Google it... lots of users unhappy with Elephone phones with tons of bugs and no support whatsoever.

The phone has screen error after just 3 months and their bad chinese dear (gearbest) want me to send it to China on my budget.

I tried buying an Elephone P8 from a China-based reseller, but 3 weeks after ordering it had not been sent. I cancelled the order and received a refund.

I then decided to order through the online Elephone store - and pay a higher price.

The Elephone website says "Elephone P8 Black is in stock and ready to send. Worldwide Fast Shipping!" So I placed an order and paid an extra US$17.79 for DHL Express delivery.

Almost a week later, the phone has still not been sent.
I have emailed them several times - but they have stopped replying.

Bought the phone on eBay. It was new but the screen was partially not working and clicking anywhere. If everything would be working fine it would be a good phone. Watch out, these are international phone so they only work on 4G HSPA+
