This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They claim a lift of 3.9" but the shoes are barely 2" lift. The quality is not good either. It left a powdery substance all over my floor when I inserted the shoe lace through the holes. The sizing is way off too. I have contacted them to try and exchange size or return them. No one replies. It is 3 WEEKS now and no resolve. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Update: I sent an email to the email listed in the company's response. I hope we can clear up this situation. I will revise my review when this is resolved and get a response.

Potential Scam

Did a Käuferschutz Verfahren via PayPal got a refund.

Good joke:
"Schade, dass du unzufrieden bist – das entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch.
Bitte melde dich umgehend bei ...., damit wir gemeinsam eine Lösung
finden können."
We already had a long email conversation with your agent named Janilla.

And also this is ridiculous you have the order number in this message.
"Sehr geehrte/r Johannes Koslowsky,

Sie haben eine Bewertung zu Elevateshoes abgegeben, und das Unternehmen hat um nähere Informationen gebeten, um Ihr Erlebnis besser nachvollziehen zu können.

Wenn Sie innerhalb von 3 Tagen einige zusätzliche Informationen zur Verfügung stellen, hilft das dem Unternehmen, Ihre Erfahrung zu identifizieren und darauf zu antworten."

Potential Scam – Violates EU Consumer Protection Law
Like many reviewers here, I strongly suspect this company operates as a scam, and my own experience confirms it.
Order #ES97561 — received on 09/04/2026.
The product arrived looking extremely cheap and of very poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. I immediately requested a return and full refund, which is my legal right as an EU consumer.
Instead of processing my return, the company:

Offered me an exchange for an additional charge — which I declined.
Instructed me to ship the item back to China at my own expense.

This is a direct violation of EU consumer protection law, which requires companies selling to EU customers to provide a return address within the European Union. Forcing customers to ship internationally at their own cost is illegal under these regulations.
Despite following up with a formal complaint, I have received no further response.
If you are an EU-based customer, know your rights. This company appears to be deliberately ignoring them. I will be escalating this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
